This place gets 5 stars from me because the gentleman that attended to us was FANTASTIC! VERY EFFICIENT AND HILARIOUS. We got what we needed with out any reservations and were out of there within 5 min.

Uhaul speedy service and exceptional customer service. I do recommend making a reservation.

I have used this location on several occasions to rent trucks for my business. Its an owner-​run establishment and it shows. The service is friendly and very quick. The inventory of trucks and vans is surprisingly large. I do recommend calling ahead to make reservations but that should be a given anytime you rent a vehicle.
They sell all the packing materials you’d need for a move: boxes, tape, markers and rent out dollys. Its a one-​stop destination for your moving needs.

We went last Saturday to rent a U-​haul truck for our move. Thank God I set up a reservation because the employee who helped us only complained how stupid people were for thinking they don’t need a reservation when they called over the phone.
It literally took 30 minutes for us to get the truck. This particular employee, not going to name names, had absolutely no clue how to do his job. Not being an employee there, I swear I probably could have jumped over the counter and handled my paperwork in less than 5 minutes.
A customer called over the phone speaking in Spanish to this employee. When he hung up, he started talking trash about that person to us saying how, «people shouldn’t be calling speaking in Spanish, I only speak English, they need to call and speak English.» Never mind that this guy was Hispanic himself, not to mention he should be talking trash on other customers to customers.
Once he finally got my contract in order, the dude had me sign it and had me keep it. I asked him if he needed the signed version of the contract and he told me it was for me. Luckily there was another employee who was there and caught it before we left. Never mind that both employees kept bickering back and forth like little kids the whole time we were there. I swear they were brothers or something.
The boys got to the truck and the battery was dead. Even though they didn’t have any other available truck for anyone without a contract, they did provide us with a new truck. Hence the one star.
Got our move done in 1 day and 9 miles later, returned the truck. Now I see I got charged almost $ 80 for something that should have cost me $ 30. I called this location to dispute the charges, and lone and behold, I get my favorite employee on the phone. I asked him why I was charged so much. He told me I was charged for the 50 miles we used the rental. I advised him that we only used 9 miles according to the contract receipt that I received. He told me his system says something else. I requested to speak to a manager or another employee. He said he was the only one there and to call the 1 – 800 number because he is new.
Well I have been on hold with Uhaul’s 1 – 800 line for 28 minutes and counting.
Do not use this particular location. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in any establishment. Stay away, stay far, far away.
