Tic Toc Shoe Repair and Alterations

I am disappointed with the service. I had my dress hemmed. I paid for it in cash last week for 39 dollars and promised to pick up today. Maria made me wait for 15 to 20 minutes because they will hem it at that time. I did not want them to damage my dress so I just did not argue. Anyhow, the price was too much for simple hem and they did not even steam my dress. Maria said that her steam was not working. (I think it was not true). They overcharged and did a mediocre job. I just did not like the waiting because I was supposed to get it at that time but they had to start doing the job because they were not ready with what they promised.
I think Maria is not fair with the charges and I will never come back to this place. People, go somewhere else. Waste of money and waste of time. I regret going to this place.

I wanna scream!!! Came here to get my Loubys fixed and the owner somehow miss placed them. She was giving me another pair of loubs that were not mine. My friend came here also to get a few designer bags cleaned and they made her come back three times before she got her bags. Never again. Don’t come here if you spent over a thousand on your items. Actually, only come here if your getting an ancient item repaired cause they really don’t know what they’re doing.
Owner can’t find shoes. Told her I’m contacting a lawyer and she started screaming at me. Terrible, terrible, terrible service. Never felt so humiliated in my life

I agree with the first review. Maria the owner makes excuses after excuses. The work is adequate but the headache she gives isn’t worth the bother.
