I’m partial between 3 and 4 stars. Ms. Yvette the Kung Fu instructor is awesome! She is really in tuned to the children’s needs and such a people person. The owner is nice, never had a problem with her. Ms. Mira(front desk) on the other hand is so so, she’s nice but when it comes to situations I can tell she’s not really sincere about helping out. I was letting her know about if she can make sure my children changes his clothes and as I walked by she said in a low voice«and the payment», it’s how she said it, I don’t have a problem with paying. They help with homework which is a plus. The Kung Fu exercises are great. The facility is clean the lady who cleans it is very nice nice as well. Be careful though with you child’s belongings label everything. My child left his things there and it got taken. How? I don’t know. It’s a small business and family operated, you would think they would be able to see if someone would take someone’s things because it’s not that many children that go there. Maybe about 20 – 30 children and it’s the same ones from after care to summer camp not too many new ones so they know all the children that come in that place and they should remember their belongings as well. I asked them if they seen it, of course they said no. I asked to see the video footage, they said it was inconclusive because it was too many children. To me they made it seem like oh well u lost your stuff, and I get that but in a small family owned business I didn’t expect that. And with the amount of money that runs through that place they need to be more diligent of a situation like that. Eventually I just got my child’s shoes back, after they sent a mass email to all parents. I reregistered my child, which I don’t know why we have to pay again to register if the child has gone there before but I did because overall the program is good.
