It’s a bit hard to find clothes here since they take a bit long to bring clothes from the back to the front of the store or to put them back on the racks. But other than that the people are very helpful :)

Customer service was impressive in a place where friendly and helpful customer service is hard to come by. The store was very clean and organized. Everyone that was in this store yesterday helped me in some capacity and they all had genuine smiles on their faces.

Today I went into your store in Pembroke Pines, my home store. I usually shop there for the most part. My purchase was for 149.70 subtotal, when I presented a coupon because it was not 150 they could not take it. I could not believe that my business is not valued in this location. Really? .30 cents? The store manager Sandra would not make an exception, she told me she could not even scan it because the system would not accept it. I just could not believe it. I had to ask her numerous times for the name of the DM and she struggled to give me her info, even just her name. I ended up doing the purchase and switching out the item with something else. But why inconvenience the customer? I had just waited 15 minutes or more on the long line of at least 16 customers and now I had to go and choose something else or change my item to fit a .30 cent difference. In a struggling economy where retail is not in a great place… why not value your customers? Feel free to look into my account, I spend quite a bit of money and love express which is what I mostly wear. But this is really not acceptable, at least she was consistent she did the same thing to other customers as I witnessed her transactions before mine. I ended up making the purchase because I need the outfit for travel on Tuesday, otherwise I really would have left. They need to better cover their store as there was clearly not enough help, both registers open where manned by managers, Sandra and Raymond. One associate in front greeting, one on the floor helping multiple customers and there may have been one at the fitting room but I did not go in there. I asked her why they did not have enough help, and she told me that they were ok and that they had it under control. Well, I asked her, do you think the customers on that line are ok with it? She did not have an answer. Poor running of this store, poor service, poor management. I will have to reroute my self to a different store, I was so dissatisfied and disappointed especially because I talk about express so much to so many people. As someone in the business, this is just poor. I will post about my experience through social media, hope this changes. Thank you, Lina Lopez

The cashier that helped me was soooooo rude… She screamed at other employees in front of customers. I wish i could have gotten her name to report her. Hopefully after the holiday’s they hire new employees.

Every time I enter Express, they have repetitive gear. Same graphic tees, same shirts/sweaters. The store is big with variations, but I think the buyer doesnt put enough effort for WOW fashion. Also, Ima big dude and they always have petite tiny dudes gear… size small like 50 of them… just came in.
