Outstanding ENT, comprehensive and compassionate. Staff was friendly and you can make appointments online if you choose via their portal. Easier for me to call and confirm.

The office is staffed with amazingly friendly people. All forms are available online but not for first time patients. Be prepared to wait over 2 hrs to be seen and to have patients whose appointments are after yours to be seen ahead of you. The worst part however was that I was prescribed a medication that could have had serious interactions with another medication I already take and was clearly documented in my chart.

Dr. Morse 5 stars, the staff in this office negative stars, but do not let that get in the way of getting great medical attention for you or a loved one. You just need to be on your A-​game and do your due diligence when dealing with the band of morons before you get to the king supreme ENT, Dr. Morse. Know before you go” kind of attitude.
I have been a patient of Dr. Mitrani, ENT, South Florida ENT associates for 16 years and he is a wonderful ENT that has performed my adult tonsillectomy, referred me to a excellent plastic surgeon ENT for a septoplasty, and now to Dr. Morse to perform a balloon sinuplasty (hopefully the last stop on my ENT surgical tour).
I have had chronic allergy issues my entire life but my other issues did not transpire until age 14 when I had severe facial trauma due to a cheerleading accident. This is when my ENT tour began and I discovered the wonderful physicians at South Florida ENT associates.
I have had several CT scans over the last 16 years to determine if I should have sinus surgery and the resounding answer was «no» because the cutting would not be worth it in my case since my case was more chronic vs severe and I should try other routes, allergy shots, medicines daily etc…
Thank you to advancements in medicine, there is now a procedure that is called a «balloon sinuplasty», basically an angioplasty for your sinus cavities or in layman’s terms, a personal AC duct cleaning for your sinuses.
Although I wasn’t the best candidate back in the day for sinus surgery under general anesthesia that involved cutting, bleeding, pain, and downtime, I hope to be a candidate for this noninvasive balloon sinuplasty procedure that is done under under a local anesthetic.
If I am a candidate and the procedure is in fact successful, I can hopefully say goodbye to daily allergy meds, nasal sprays, sinus infections, URI’s, allergy shots, frequent antibiotics, and being a regular at the doctors office. Next step is a CT scan, stayed tuned.
PRE-​APPOINTMENT TIPS
— Call your insurance company to determine your specific plan benefits for using Dr. Morse as your physician. The woman who is responsible doing such task in the office is a complete moron and has screwed up royally every single time I have been here. On my first visit, she told me I was completely covered for an office visit and just had to pay a specialist co-​pay. Weeks later she called to say that she made a mistake and the balance was due in full because I wasn’t covered at all to see Dr. Morse. On today’s visit, she tried to charge me a $ 50.00 co-​pay when it is clearly written on my insurance card as $ 60.00. IDOIT! I had to do her job once again.
MAKING APPOINTMENTS:

so that you don’t get caught up in the band of idiots and their nonsense of lack of communication and competency. Screen shot your appointment, save the confirmation, etc… Today I made a last minute appointment because it was urgent and I am an existing patient after being placed on hold for over 10 minutes and then having to call back again just to get through. I was told to just come in as soon as possible and they would squeeze me in, wow, I was in utter shock and very grateful for this gesture. Well, the band of morons did it again, I had a 2:45 PM appointment that NO ONE ever notified me about and I got there at 3:30 PM since I was coming all of the way from Miami Beach. Luckily, I wasn’t going to stand down and not see Dr. Morse.
PAPERWORK:
— This office staff is notorious for losing it. I see Dr. Mitrani as he is my main ENT and has been for 16 years (aventura office), due to the fact that these doctors are in the same group, I don’t have to keep filling out paperwork as if I was a new patient because the information is supposed to be digitized and shared between the South Florida ENT group. Well for whatever reason, this office’s records are not up to date and they can’t locate my paperwork that I clearly remember filling out. Band of morons. I am just going to start traveling with my own records.
ICING ON THE CAKE:
After all of my incidents with the band of morons, I openly shared with them front desk receptionist so that she too would be aware and on her A-​game. She charged my card for my co-​pay after I corrected her on the amount, 5 minutes later she calls me up to the window to say that she charged my card to the wrong physician! Really?! Are you kidding me. She then laughed it off like she has done this many times.
South Florida ENT associates Corporate or Dr. Morse, I highly suggest a staff change, staff training, supervised staff lunches so that you are fail proof that the band of morons is not engaging in activities that would alter cognitive behavior and competency on the job, and/​or random drug testing. I have been in HR/​management positions before and this office staff needs a massive facelift/​complete overhaul. They are hands down the WORST I’ve experienced in ANY business.
