Business Owner

Yaniv is the Founder | Broker-​Owner of Cohen & Company. He has won over hundreds of clients with his passion, non-​wavering personal touch and has over 200 written endorsements to back it up (trust us– this isn’t lip service). Early in his Real Estate career– Yaniv won several awards and mentored many agents within a local Keller Williams office. Never complacent, Yaniv took his knowledge and skill set to the next level by opening this boutique Real Estate Company in 2008.

With over a decade in the Real Estate industry, Kelly Cohen spearheads our Property Management division. With extensive background in Management of Sales, Kelly implements procedures that helps get the most for our Owners looking to preserve property value and obtain the maximum return on their investment. Kelly has seen the many sides of the market in the many years she worked in National Real Estate Sales and how to evolve to try and keep her clients one step ahead.
