Delicious! We had the jerk chicken and the jerk pork. Tastes like it’s supposed to, very authentic. C&S is now our go to for Jamaican food. Great service & very pleasant people. A hidden gem in Pembroke Pines.

Small space, didn’t have patty variety, just spicy. Ordered the oxtail meal. It was nothing to crazy about but it was good. It it located in a corner shoppong center, not visible if your not actively looking for it. Not on my list of must visit when you come to pines but they have good prices for caribbean style cooking and great for orders for takeout

Will never come back here, I was there a total of 60 seconds. I came to check if they sell salt fish(not ready but packaged) the door was locked at 9:20(they close at 10:00) a woman came to the door, opened it and didn’t even speak, we were looking around and saw nothing. We asked the woman if they sold salt fish and she just shook her head no. She was so busy putting chairs up on the table as if it was closing time. we just walked out. No courtesy what so ever. I don’t care what they sell here I will never be back. 1 star because I can’t give no stars.

Jamaican patties were good but they didn’t have a lot. We tried rice & peas, jerk chicken and stew chicken. The food was ok, I’ve had better. The chicken was a little dry and could’ve used more sauce. I wish the jerk was a little wetter as well. I would go again definitely for the patties, maybe for other food once in a while.

Had bad customer service from a rude lady(55+ yrs old, colorfully dressed… I guess for the Halloween spirit). I ordered the curry chicken dinner and it was very bland… probably could get better tasting curry from Publix hot food section(if they sold it) than here. Portions are very small. She also tried to be slick to overcharge me, thought I didn’t take note of the price. First impressions says alot! I gave it 2 stars for my food being served quickly because the place was empty. I won’t be back. I’ll drive further east for better food and service.

Found this small restaurant a few weeks ago and was delighted to have a Jamaican restaurant so close to my home instead of driving east to Aunt I’s. On speaking to Lenny the owner he professed having the best ox tAil around in florida. I would not go so far but would agree is has good flavor and less oil than than other restaurants so it’s a healthier option. I decided to continue visiting the restaurant and had breakfast there last week, the Ackee was plentiful, but the salt fish was non existent. It was as if the ratio was 95% Ackee and 5% saltfish. I felt since I would visit there often the owner would address this down fall. I expressed disappointment in lack of saltfish and Lenny just smiled. So I decided to wait until the next time to see if he would address it. Today August 24, 201410am he sAid I will not give you more saltfish as it will cost me more! I offered to pay more and he refused to accommodate. So if I left and went to Aunt I’s where they don’t cheat you on saltfish !

Good Caribbean food with a kick. Not bland or boring by any means. Very fair prices. Good area out west.

I eat here at least 2 times a week. They’re my go-to spot if I don’t want to cook — and I’m Jamaican. Try the brown stew chicken, it’s my favorite.

Great food. There are a couple of small tables, but this place is for takeout! Get there early, they run out of the good stuff often.

Great food, great service. Out of all these chain spots and corporate America stamps that you find all over Pembroke Pines here’s a mom and pop gem. Must try! Ox tail is amazing, so is curry goat, and you can get a nexcite for a boost.

Went during lunch and ordered the oxtails with rice and peas and also the brown stew chicken with rice and peas. I also had plantains with one of meals and cabbage with the other. The oxtails were tasty, not the best I ever had but they were decent. The portion size was reasonable for the price. The brow stew chicken had a good flavor but was dry. Again the portion size was reasonable as well. Overall the food in General had good flavor but it did not taste freshly made. I was there for an early lunch so I expected every thing to taste fresh but it seemed as though it may have been from the previous day. The service was good and fast. I will give them a second chance to impress me.

I wanna like this place because there are very few Caribbean restaurants way out here on the west side. I’ve been here maybe three times total but I haven’t had anything which has stood out or made me want more. My last visit, was a Saturday and when I went in, the place was deserted. I ordered escoveitch fish with rice and peas and vegetables. The food tasted old even though their menu says the fish is cooked to order. This fish obviously had not been freshly cooked. It was hard, dry, and tasteless. I think that was my final try. The owner is very nice and the place looks clean enough but the food is really just medicre. Guess I’ll drive a few miles east for my Caribbean craving.

This is the best authentic Jamaican food I’ve had so far. The food is so fresh that sometimes you have to wait for the food to be ready mainly on the weekends, something like your mom’s kitchen. Good for take out. Favorites: oxtail, hackee(served on the weekends only, order early bc it’s gone by 11am), beef soup(not served on Sundays), Spicy garlic crab, fried fish…

The food is made fresh everyday and while it certainly is not a place for eating in, the food is awesome. I get dinner there often to bring home. It is a must try! Its been our secret place in Broward for authentic excellent Jamaican food. I’ve tried everything and its all great.

A sparkling gem in the midst of Western Broward county. Pat is the warm friendly person whom greets you most days and adds a little bit of Caribbean sunshine to the service. I usually go there for breakfast on Saturdays and Sunday morning absolutely awesome… ackee and saltfish, fried dumpling, boil dumpling and guess what the portions are healthy… enough for me and the family in theory… Haha… Sometimes I have 2 make two runs since its normaly so good I need a large meal for myself not enough to share… I also have had the tripe and beans for dinner can’t find it anywhere else… Try them sometimes if you are in Pembroke Pines, Miramar, Davie, Cooper City or even Miami… you will love em…
