We offer single-family and multi-family property management with 30 years experience in the business. We serve all of South Florida rentals, including Ft Lauderdale, the Keys, Broward County, and some areas in Central Florida.
We have the best tenant lease in Florida (20 pages and owner-oriented). We do assertive rental collection, tenant screening, maintenance services coordinated or performed. We offer a year-round service, not a «get the tenant and run» operation.
We get 3 bids on all repair work in excess of $ 300.00. Property inspections are done every six months and drive-by every month. We only deal with experienced and cost-efficient repair persons. We manage your property from an owner’s perspective because we own rental property, and know how to get the most for the lowest possible cost.
Each property is marketed individually, depending on location, amenities, proximity to schools & employment. Ever hear of an open house for a rental property? We do those.
History
Established in 2004.
Business started when I retired from HUD Multifamily Division. I worked in the Multifamily Division as a Senior Asset Manager, usually in the «troubled» Asset Division. I helped write the HUD Multifamily Management Handbook, (4350.3) as well as several HUD Notices to multifamily project owners and managers. We own Florida rental property, and manage your property from that perspective.
