Walter Kennedy began practicing law in 1979. He was a partner in law firms in Oneonta and Pell City, Alabama, before establishing the present firm in 1996.

Business Owner

Walter W. Kennedy, III, a native of Birmingham, Alabama, is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and the University of Alabama School of Law. He received his license to practice law in Alabama while serving a judicial clerkship with Justice Samuel A. Beatty of the Supreme Court of Alabama.

Mr. Kennedy has been engaged in the general practice of law for more than thirty years, handling both civil and criminal litigation, as well as appeals, domestic and family law, and probate law.
