Before becoming a massage therapist, I was a Union Stage Hand in many capacities for several years local to the Peoria, Illinois area and on the road too. Acquired a knee injury, went thru extensive physical therapy then massage treatments. At that point, I decided I could do this also and I have even been fortunate enough to be able to have combined both worlds occasionally … the rest is history…
