I do not like writing bad reviews, but this company earned it. I paid over $ 3000 for five (5) e-​windows and some minor work. Three (3) windows did not close properly. I talked to the owner several times about it. Each time he said they needed to be replaced. He did not offer to replace them.
Two other companies came and said the windows needed was an adjustment. Five years later I found someone to make the adjustment for less than $ 200. It took 15 minutes and cost $ 25.
We are just beginning to recover from the Winter Vortex during which time the external temperature was -20 °F or lower. Three (3) of the e-​windows had ice inside the window because they were not installed correctly. I just noticed one window pane is cracked from at an angle from corner to corner. It will cost at least $ 200 to replace one pane, plus X dollars to make the repairs on windows that are supposed to have the warranty I never saw or received from a window company..
Based on my experience I cannot give a good review or recommend this company. If you need windows and you live in the general area give Peoria Window a call. This was the first company to state the windows did not need to be replaced; they needed to be adjusted.
Side note: I replaced a large picture window. I received a warranty from the Temco company that made the window. I had some issues during the coldest weather. The seller came to the house 15 minutes after I called. He looked at the window and said when the Tempco rep come in they will come to the house and look at the window.
This is he difference between the company that sells and warrants their product, and the one who does not.
