Love love love this Walgreens! Friendly staff and I love the pharmacy.

I am very frequent customer I go in this Walgreen’s location all the time sometimes more than once a day even with my husband & children.. most of the time they are really friendly but in the past few day the new employee’s have been very rude and we have to wait on them for a long time on them even after seeing us, They continue to go about doing what ever it is they are doing, they needd to hire new employee’s train them right … expecially when it comes to meet in greater customers and having them wait for a very long time after seeing them is just ridiculous… They really need to get a hold of themselves and keep in mind that their customers, are served. and needs to realize on keeping the customers happy and content because without the customers there would be no Walgreens or any establishment for that matter

This location and the Cullen location are the worst. My most recent problem with the pharmacy department was when my child’s doctor called in a prescription on a Friday afternoon. I called the pharmacy Saturday morning to make sure they received it, and I was informed they had. The gentleman also told me that the insurance card they ran on it wouldn’t cover the medicine AND gave me a total for how much it would be without me asking. My husband stopped by to pick it up and that is when he was informed that it was a compound Rx that they would not be able to fill. So why wouldn’t I be told this when I called to check that everything was ok with the Rx?
Before this incident, I had one other Rx that they didn’t have in stock, and again they waited until I went to pick it up to let me know this. They said they would order it and have it in the next day. The next day I went in and they still didn’t have it, but it would really be ordered this time and the pharmacist wanted me to call to make sure it was there before I picked it up. When I called the pharmacist told me the medicine was in, but when I went to pick it up an hour later it had been lost. They did finally have it ready for me the 4^th time I went to pick it up.
This location is always busy and understaffed. When you call in the pharmacists are either rude or incompetent. Out of the two locations close to each other, this is still the better of the two, but extremely disappointing service over all.

Horrible service in all departments. Photo orders not finished when promised, wait at the pharmacy is always ridiculous, store employees just not interested in helping customers at all. I am taking my business elsewhere.

Convenient. The store staff is decent. The pharmacy team is incompetent in most experiences I have had w them. I appreciate the Chase ATM most of all.
