Vogue Nails & Spa

All I wanted was to get gel polish removed and I got what is seen in the pic. I know its sat and it is busy so I was willing to wait but they had this poor girl with no experience try to help… I’m sure they do a wonderful job but this experience put a sour tast in my mouth so I won’t be returning

The ladies here are super sweet! They did exactly what I wanted on my nails and I will be definitely coming back!

Bad attitude when I ask for price I was told if I didn’t like it go somewhere else the ladies that do nails are very nice it’s the one in charge that is unprofessional when speaking to customers they start and another finish and take forever will never come back and will tell all my customers bc I own one, not to go there RUDE ppl

They are very clean, with reasonable prices, and their staff are just the sweetest beings on earth.
I have been going to Vogue Nails for sometime now, familiar with all faces, and not once have had a problem. They truly take their time to get you the most out of your spa care.

My first time here and possibly my last time. The pedicure took me 3 ½ hours. I can say I had better experience elsewhere. I would expect better for 55 $; due to every thing that was listed was not rendered. The first woman messed up on my color and another one had to fill her spot. They were nice but I did expect more. I have been coming to Vogue Nails for a couple of years. Great quality and great prices! The BEST massage chairs :) It is small and quaint. I stopped going to my old nail salon b/​c it got too big and noisy. Wine, soda and water available! Nail technicians are professional and always smiling. I love these guys!

I don’t understand why this salon has such bad reviews. I’ve been here 3 times now and every time I have had a wonderful experience! I came in today for Easter nails and Rose did a phenomenal job! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she exceeded my expectations!

I started going to this salon about a year ago. I wanted to give it several tries before putting a review on Unilocal.
I have always been treated nicely and staff is always friendly. Even though I generally get the Express pedi (20 mins) they never rush the service. It generally runs 35 – 45 mins.
Sometimes I can’t get there until 6:30 if go from work and they always take me right in and time can go until 7:15.
Prices are very reasonable and you also get complimentary wine, soda or water.
I only get pedicures, so I can’t vouch for the manicures, but I have never been disappointed.

Just left here! Toes and nails look awesome. I got the shellac on my hands and tried the cuccio spa pedicure. Girls were very friendly and entertaining. Very comfortable environment. Will be coming back here anytime I’m on this side of town.

I wish I would’ve read the other reviews here before I wasted 66 dollars on a pedicure and shellac manicure. I should’ve known that at 5pm on a Friday night without a single person in the place, it wasn’t going to be a pleasant experience. My pedicure was okay — she only used the hot stone on me (which I paid extra for) for about thirty seconds. And everything was SO HOT it was burning me. The water in the foot bath, the wAx and the stones were just on fire– never once asked if it was too hot or not. The biggest problem I have is with the manicure– I paid ten dollars extra for shellac because I had a busy weekend and didn’t want to screw up my nails the second I walked out. First of all– she put the wrong color on my nails. Second of all– they are all peeled off now– because she did a horrible job. The tips were already coming up on Saturday morning. There were cracks in the polish too– and just very poorly done. Not to mention it took over an hour and a half even though I was the only one in there. I only went because of the location but I will definitely NEVER go back. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
Another side note: always trying to upsale you, Asked if I wanted an eyebrow wax even though I had just gotten one the day before. I told her I just got one so she started pointing out all the flaws that were made in my eyebrows. I don’t think insulting your customer is the way to go about getting more money.

New owners same crappy service. I said I would never go back to this place again and here I am again… The only reason I went there was, because Serenity Nails was booked with the wedding party and I need to get my nails done. So I went there get shellac nails on Friday only to return on Sunday, because there were tons of cracks already on my nails, so they fixed them. Tuesday arrives I find myself back because of the same reason… Once I arrived there I asked the manicurist if it’s possible that the polish could be bad, because they use the same polish both times, she proceeds to tell me no, its my nails and they couldn’t see any see the obvious cracks and then they want to charge me if I wanted to change the color although there could be a problem with the polish. They may have changed owners, but their customer service remains the same, HORRIBLE!!! I promise, I will never go back to Vogue nails ever again, worst service, worst manicurist. Even with the cheapest price in town they’re always empty that should tell you something. If I could they would have gotten no stars, but you have to give at least one…
