Vo Alterations & Cleaners

I ordered a dress for my trip out of town and it ended up being way too big despite ordering what I thought was the correct size. I needed it to be shortened/​made smaller in three places and the owner here did them within my short deadline, and offered me a great price (almost half what I was quoted at another place). She was very nice to work with. Didn’t talk much but she knew exactly what I wanted and how to alter the dress properly.
The alterations were done well and the dress looked very flattering. I will definitely be going back for other basic alterations in the future.
They take cash or check only though so remember your quote and bring your cash or check book when you come to pick up. I did not know this but it was ok since I lived close by.

Vo is AMAZING.
My family and tons of my friends’ families have been coming here for sooooo many years. We all have trusted her with anything from wedding dresses to business suits to heirlooms. She is truly talented and always a pleasure with whom to chat and work. (note: that sentence sounded funny but I hate dangling prepositions– grammar nerds, are ya with me?)
She really has a knack for making things more flattering on you, without even a trace– seriously I’ve scoured seams before, it’s indecipherable to figure out where she’s performed her magic.
Her prices are incredibly reasonable, especially considering what some bridal places are charging these days and turn around time is pretty quick.
Location: in that tiny shopping center between Subway/Shipley’s and the Burger King, Junior High East is right behind it. I swear everything in that strip has changed over the years with the sole exception of Vo.
She probably doesn’t even want me to write this, she’s so busy with all of her loyal regulars!
