Something very unexpected happened the other day. I got a phone call from Moses the manager of Value Furniture Pearland. I didn’t know what to expect but it turned out to be a very nice call. Moses said he read my review and was very saddened about my experience. During the call he made it abundantly clear that this is not the way he runs his business and would like to have the opportunity to show his appreciation to me as a customer. He also messaged me after the phone call. Very unexpected but definitely appreciated. Based on his efforts alone, in the future I would definitely consider Value Furniture as option again.
