What sets us apart is our customer service, our experience, and the fact that we have been living in the Pearland area our entire lives. We are the most knowledgeable and embedded team in Pearland and the surrounding areas.

History

Established in 2005.

Ozzie Ramirez began as an individual real estate agent working mostly with First Time Home Buyers and assisting people with repairing their credit in order to put them in the best position to get the best interest rates/​lowest mortgage fees. His business grew so quickly that in the last quarter of 2006 it would earn Ozzie Ramirez his first Top Producer Award given to him by the Houston Association of Realtors for being in the Top 500 out of over 19,000 real estate agents in the Greater Houston area. Since he has earned this award multiple times.

Soon after, Ozzie decided to get out of the credit repair side of his business altogether in order to pursue his true passion, real estate.

In January 2014 Ozzie made the decision to join Keller Williams Realty — Pearland and began building a full service real estate team. Since his business has hit all time highs as The AskOzzie​.com Real Estate Team for Keller Williams — Pearland, listing/​selling more homes and helping more buyers than ever.

Above all, the most important thing to him is his family of 6, consisting of his beautiful wife and 4 adorable children. When he is not coaching his kid’s sports teams, taking them to different events, or not playing cul-​de-​sac kickball with his kids, he is following his favorite sports teams. Go Pearland Oilers, Texans, UH Coogs, Astros and Rockets!

Born and raised in Pearland, Texas, Ozzie loves his hometown and takes every opportunity he can to give as much back as possible. From volunteering at different events, to donating to as many people in need as he can afford, to holding his annual AskOzzie​.com Tailgate for a Cause, to being an active Pearland Lion’s Club Member, it is a labor of love.

Ozzie’s family settled in Pearland in the 1940’s and his father went to Pearland High School in the early 60’s, playing for the Varsity Pearland Oilers in ’63. Ozzie would follow in his father’s footsteps and play varsity football for the Oilers in the seasons of ’96 — ’98. Oilers Fight!
