After agreeing to purchase a used truck, I was informed that I would have to come back the following day to sign the title because they do not keep the titles at the office. They still asked me to pay for the vehicle and I drove it home. I thought that was odd but he and another guy at the office promised is was very normal.
I called two days later and was told they did not have the title because they bought the truck at auction and it would be a few days more. After more than two weeks of constant calling and worrying that I was being scammed they finally got the title for me to sign.
I asked Jeff, my salesman, why he did not tell me initially that he did not have possession of the title. His remarks were very impolite and he refused to apologize for not telling me the truth. I told him he dishonest nature would hurt his business but he still showed no concern.
