Symphony of Flowers

Expectations: I ordered the Floral Attraction Vase of Flowers because I liked the bulb vase forming a round shape with the flowers along with the coral/​pink tones. The flowers from the picture are also about the same size. From the disclaimer, I figured they would replace any flowers they didn’t have with another of the same coral/​pink hues and roughly the same size.
Disclaimer from the website: «When you order custom designs, they will be produced as closely as possible to the picture. Please remember that each design is custom made. No two arrangements are exactly alike and color and/​or variety substitutions of flowers and containers may be necessary. Prices and availability of seasonal flowers may vary. «
The arrangement received: Although the roses were white with hints of pink, the overwhelming presence of white hydrangeas (?) overpowered the sparse pink/​coral carnations and gerberas. (The only solid white flower in the picture were the lilies surronded by pink/coral.colors I was hoping for.) I wouldn’t have minded if the arrangement was primarily white but it simply looks NOTHING like the photo.
Overall it lacked a proper balance/​arrangement. the hydrangeas looked like an after thought to act as an oversized filler. The disclaimer, «They will be produced as closely as possible to the picture,» is a joke.
On the plus, you can order flowers from them online. As long as you don’t have high expectations for the arrangements to look remotely close to the pictures on their website, you’ll be okay with this place.

Nearly last minute Mother’s day order. Mom was very pleased with the flowers that arrived. I will use this again. Thanks!
