The dentists and staff are so friendly! Both my girls have never been afraid because of how comfortable they make us feel. We love it!

Definitely would NOT recommend. Took my three year old and two year old for a simple visit and ended up waiting for an hour without being called back– no explanation, no update. They didn’t even notice we left. During the time we were waiting we witnessed another mother come out distraught over her crying five year old being forcefully pinned down by a tech who was laying on her in the treatment room table to keep her down, and the mother was told to get out and that she was prohibited from going back there due to «HIPPA regulations» per the staff. Give me a break. That was enough for me and we walked out.
I get encouraging independence in kids but to be kept from your child during a dentist appointment while someone is forcefully pinning them down without your permission? I guess it turned out to be a blessing we were forced to wait as I can’t even imagine my reaction had they tried that with my toddlers. We will never go to the office again. There are too many dentists around to put up with this type of BS. I hope you keep on looking and pass this place up.
