I allowed Maria Guzman to be my property manager to rent my home. She did a great job. After my tenants decided to end the lease Maria told me it was a good time to sell because the market is doing much better than it was a year and a half ago. I decided to sell and I got a cash offer within days for a little less than i paid 10 years ago for it but more than i owed, which was good in my neighborhood. She then told me not to take the offer she could get much bigger offer. A week later I got that offer. I was very grateful to walked away with anything but i walked away very happy at closing.
