Pearland Physicians

This place is the WORST! If you care about your health or your family do not go there. It is Thursday and my daughter just got out of emergency surgery at the ER for having huge pus pockets on her sore throat that were blocking her airway. We went to Pearland Physician’s on Tuesday because of the sore throat. She tested negative for strep which she obviously had and was given nothing for pain. She could not eat or drink and had 101.6 temperature. She got extremely dehydrated and hasn’t peed in 2 days. All pearland physicians did was give a prescription for huge antibiotics that she could barely swallow. They lectured me on how there is no «miracle pill» to make my child feel better. They barely even looked at her throat. I went there this morning as a follow-​up to give them the opportunity to treat my daughter and all they cared about was getting the co-​pay. They did not care about the health of my daughter. I am writing this now from the hospital operation waiting room. I brought Katie straight here from the Pearland Physician’s office. Katie was taken to emergency surgery within 45 mins of our arrival here. I guess they have «miracle pills» here because they have drained the swelling in katies throat and she can now swallow. She is on IV to hydrate her and she is feeling better. We will stay the night here for observation and should go home tomorrow. I called Pearland Physicans office to tell them what happened and that I would be writing a review. They were smart asses and told me were to find there web site to write my review. They were not concerned about my feelings as a parent or the health of my child. I am so thankful that Katie is going to be better, but I can still not believe how terrible Pearland Physicans office is. You have been warned.
