Pearland Pediatric Dentistry

I took my son for his very first dentist appointment and I was extremely nervous of how he will react to someone working on his teeth.
The staff, dental hygienist, and dentist were all welcoming, friendly, professional, and were very efficient in their work. My son cooperated with them only because they took their time to explain and show all what they will do.
Dr. Shiva mohazab did not rush me nor my son and stayed to answer any questions. I was paying out of pocket and thought it was a good idea to get a sealant on my son to take an extra precaution against cavities. She told me this isn’t necessary and explained why which only proved to me they aren’t after money.

My children were patients for about 3 – 4 years and I agree when other reviewers say that the staff is very friendly. The staff is knowledgable and easy to speak to. The downfall for me was when they said my son needed a crown (5 years old). We were lucky that around the time he was scheduled to get the crown they stopped accepting Delta Dental. This was a blessing in disguise because we were forced to go to another dentist office where they had zero mention of my son needing a crown — I saw both X-​rays from both offices so I don’t doubt the second dentist office one bit. After this experience it confirms my suspicions about this office, and that is that their only concern is up-​sale. They will sell you on the extra pain killers which cost $ 200+ and make you feel guilty if you try to opt out. So easy for them to scare parents into all these extra procedures on baby teeth! I rarely write reviews but considering this type of experience, I hate for others to be forced to pay for unnecessary procedures out of pocket. Beware and listen to your gut! Get a second opinion!

This office is extremely friendly! The staff is professional and treats you like family. Everyone is so nice and really gets to know the kiddos and does everything to make them feel comfortable during their visit. The front office was very helpful accommodating my child’s school schedule and filing the appropriate paperwork for insurance. They were also upfront about our dental benefits prior to coming in for the appointment. The office was clean and very kid friendly. They had video games in waiting room and TVs in the patient rooms. Dr. Clark was very knowledgeable and caring and so were everyone of her staff we came in contact with! Definite five stars and highly recommend!

Amazing experience from the moment I called to make an appointment for my daughter to the minute we left the office on the day of the appointment. Everyone I came in contact with were so pleasant and friendly and everything was explained to me as they went along. The check out process was a breeze also! Thank you Pearland Pediatric Dentistry!

i had an awesome experience at Pearland Pediatric Dentistry last Friday! «that one» had an exam/​cleaning appt., upon checking out it was discovered that their computer network went down. i was unable to get printout of the treatment plan for her appointment that she would have the following Monday. no big deal, they faxed it to me later that afternoon.
Monday morning our youngest, «this one» had his exam/​cleaning appt”. it was again revealed that the network went down. because things were being done manually, it caused a bit of a back up and when the dentist finally did the exam it was honestly a bit rushed. alas, i was grateful that we didn’t lose momentum with «this one» and ultimately had a successful visit (i.e. no complaints were had from us for the delay).
i had to return to the office later that afternoon for «that one’s» appointment. upon checking in i was greeted as usual with the smiling jovial personalities (all of the women here are so kind). immediately the greeting turned to a generous apology for the experience of our morning visit. i also was handed an envelope that had a hand written note from the team and a $ 15 Starbucks Card! this was UNEXPECTED (unnecessary), but what an impression that left on me of the value we are to this group! it sure made paying the hefty amount we owed MUCH EASIER!
Seriously, this knocked my socks off!
