DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I hired 3 them to move me back in September. My main concerns when moving were my $ 2000 couch and my new table. They had never been though a move so they had no scuffs or anything. Everything else was a little old but I still expected them to take care of it.
By the end of the move, I had over 26 chips, tears, scratches, and scuffs in my couch and table alone. They charged me $ 953 ($ 100 refundable deposit includes). If they would have taken care of my stuff, it would have been okay. The movers told me to email the claims department and they would take care of. I sent over 26 pictures, I have sent the receipts for the furniture, called over 4 times, and never received a response. My next move will be legal action just to get them to fix what they damaged. Had it been a couple of scratches/​scuffs, I never would have said anything. BUT OVER 26?! This company is completely unprofessional and obviously doesn’t know what they are doing when moving.
If you value your belongings, don’t ever use this company!
