The concept is great one price for 4 hours of work. The headquarters responds great. It is just when you have to deal with the local representatives. It is just hard to get this company to respond to your request.
If you have to go through a contact named Donna. This person is very unreliable and unprofessional. She does not answer her phone nor does she return your text. If you get another contact then you may have better service.
