CoYo catering, «chef of your own» specializes in cooking great food with passion by professional chefs. We can accommodate many different types of requests, breakfast, breaks, lunches, boxed lunches, buffets, plated dinners, corporate events, weddings, fundraisers, birthdays, pool parties, and just about any event that includes great tasting food. We are a chef owned company who actually cook our own food. We have many different cuisine options such as Tex-​Mex, Italian, Cajun, American, Argentinean, Soul-​Food, Asian, Steaks, and much more. We have been trained in different regional cuisines.

History

Established in 2006.

Established in 2006 chef hugo and chef maurice started doing catering during their spare time from their regular jobs (being chefs). Believe it or not in the food business there is down-​time to do things that one enjoys. They chose to keep cooking because of all the requests from friends and family. Catering was a way to express themselves further and live out their dreams of owning their own business. This element alone gives them even more passion to make people smile when they eat. Now the business is growing at rapid speed and it’s time for more people to experience what CoYo means; chef of your own

Meet the Business Owner

Chef Hugo and Chef Maurice G.

Business Owner

Chef Hugo is a graduate of the Art institute of America. He was worked under many great chef’s and has worked for the best hotels in Houston including the opening of Hilton Americas Downtown, Hilton Allen center, Intercontinental Hotel, and Hotel Derek.

Chef Maurice is a graduate of Pennsylvania Culinary and Cordon Blue. He has worked for the Pittsburg Pirates, The Registry Resort in Naples Florida, Century House in New York, and John’s Island in Vero Beach.

They both are great friends, co-​workers, and share a common goal, making people smile through food.
