History

Established in 2006.

Bushi Ban Pearland has served over 3000 children and adult members from the Pearland and surrounding communities since it opened in March of 2006.

From the start of operations, Executive Director and Chief Instructor Jeff Barley focused on meeting the needs of student members, parents, and families through positive and enthusiastic instruction and personal relationship building.

100s of Pearland ISD, Alvin ISD, and numerous private school students have enjoyed and benefitted from the After School Martial Arts Child Care Program, Summer Camp Program and Day Camps.

To date, Bushi Ban Pearland has graduated over 75 Black Belts with over half of them continuing onto higher degree levels. Many of these students participate in the Master and Leadership development programs.

Having received numerous awards over the years including School of the Year in 2008 Bushi Ban is arguably The Most Referred Martial Arts School in Pearland.
