History
Established in 2004.
Balloon ‘n Novelty started as an Ebay business know as Texas Balloon and Novelty in 2004. The following year we opened our first store front in Stafford, Texas. In 2009, we added carnival games and concession rentals to compliment our novelty and party supply business and changed our name to Balloon ‘n Novelty. We opened our second location in Pearland in 2013.
