Great Service very convenient they are open til 7 and last appointment taken at 6…
I had my appointment on Friday at 6 and didn’t wait a long time only 3 people in front of me. Saw the doctor quick chat then look at the lenses and then Bob helped me and he’s truly awesome! He informs you about all your options, very polite, and professional. Then inform me that my lenses will be ready in 7 – 10 days and I received a call Thursday (6 days) informing me that my glasses are ready for pick up!

I went here today to check out some frames and it was absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. There were about 10 people on the floor. None of them came up to me to ask me if I needed help except one lady. Even then she told me that if I had any questions, to take it to the front desk to see if they could help. The employees are unknowledgeable and unhelpful. All they did was sit at their desks without even acknowledging a customer. It’s like you’re bugging them to their job. The business should be renamed «Americas Worst». I wish I could give them 0 stars if I could.

This place was the absolutely worst experience of my life. When dealing with the financials, I have never encountered such racism. They were demonstrated rudeness and lack of interest. We felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome. Both Ross and Bob were incredibly polite and kind; however, as for the manager and the rest of the staff… I was truly disappointed. Despite the rudeness, I felt they only asked what I wanted for my lenses just to do the exact opposite. Needless to say I refused to continue business with them and I will be never returning there again.

Dr. Shane Tseng is great! Answered all questions we had and assured my mom she was doing just fine with her régime. Very educational and left my mom feeling satisfied. She’s a stubborn baby boomer.
He’s got a good sense of humor. Professional.
A plus is he’s a cutie. That’s a bonus.
