A & A Cleaning

Worst company ever! They show up when ever they want. I have had them at my house until 9pm! I have to stay home to make sure they do their job. For example if there is dog hair on the couch I should not have to point it out to them to vacuum the cushions. I feel bad for these ladies, they work 14 hour plus shifts and probably get paid very poorly. Bad management, bad work ethics!

I have used them a couple of times with great success. They always accommodate me for my times and the ladies are very friendly and do a great job. I would definetly recommend the company to friends and family. Gary Checkai

I used AA cleaning once a month for 2 months. The first time is the deep cleaning so it was very satisfied even though the custom service was not good and not polite and impatient. The second time experience was horrible and the ladies did bad job. They cleaned 1.5 hours for our 3,000sqt house and some dusts were still there. They even did not clean the stairs! I would never have their service anymore and will not recommend to my friends.

I used this service on multiple occasions. The service declined dramatically in 2014. Each cleaning was a different crew. The last straw was my discovery of missing jewelry after two young girls did a terrible job cleaning. $ 1500 to «clean» my house is a bit steep. I have no photographic evidence, but have since installed cameras. Avoud. You were warned!

I used A&A Cleaning once a month for 3 months and everything was fantastic… then something happened within the company and it all fell apart. I called and made an appointment for a Monday morning. They said the ladies would be arriving between 11 and 1pm. No one showed up. At 3:45 someone called me and said they were on the way. I explained to them that I was not home and that my scheduled time was between 11 and 1 pm and that I was no longer home. The girl was quite rude on the phone, but since the ladies had done a good job, I rescheduled for the following Monday. This time my scheduled appointment was between 11 and 1pm again. And yet again, they didn’t show up. When I called them to see what was going on, the same snotty girl told me they were on the way and would be there in 15 minutes. 45 minutes went by and they didn’t show. I called back and the same girl told me they were still at the last house. By now I am infuriated, since she flat out lied to me. I explained to her that people hire cleaning ladies for convenience. I told her she could go ahead and cancel all of my future appointment bc I was not going to beg someone to come and clean.
Another lady called back 5 minutes later asking me to explain situation to her. She sounded like she was either the manager or the owner. She didn’t really make any effort to keep my business either.
I wouldn’t waste your time with this company. They are unprofessional and not worth the stress.

A&A did a really good job. The cleaning staff was on time and they had all the supplies needed to complete the task. I’m giving them four stars because there were a few spots on the floor that they missed but over all I’m very pleased. I can’t wait for them to come back in two weeks.
