Scheduled an appt for repair on an s6. When I got there they weren’t busy, no one in the store except the employees all four of them. So they ask me how they can help me. I say I scheduled an appt to drop off the phone for repair. They said I must have scheduled it at the Aiea store because they did not receive any notification of my appt. Well I told them I still have the appt on my screen and showed them. Anyways they told me they couldn’t even repair it due to not having any parts and suggested I go to the Aiea location. Honestly it doesn’t make sense to be a repair store if you can’t even repair my phone and you don’t have the parts. No wonder I don’t always go here. I suggest you go to the Aiea location for repairs and don’t waste your time going here.

By far the best sprint I’ve been to on Oahu so far. Helpful, kind, and did I say helpful. As long as you don’t go in expecting to do something that goes against corporate standards you should get what you are looking for.

I really miss the young lady who helped me. Her name is Tatiana and she’s so friendly and kind. She always thought of what was best for the customer and wouldn’t do anything or ask for anything if it wasn’t necessary. You can definitely trust her when she’s trying to help you. If you find her new working place you’ll find that she’s really good at what she does especially in the customer service field.

Talk about unprofessional!!! Turned in my iPhone 4s and up graded to the 6s. 2 days latter got a call from Tatiana the sales person who helped me asking for my Apple ID and password. HELL NO!!!
She asked me to come down ASAP to help her unlock my old phone. All the data was already erased from my old phone when she reset it when I turned it in to her. I can’t leave work because you messed up! Had mention why I’m paying so much for the new phone and seemed to only want my $$$ instead of trying to help. Finally got her to bring the price down in half. Unilocaler’s STAY far away from this store!!! Drive to Pearl Kai, they always gave me great service and are up and up with me.
No one should ever ask for your ID and password period!!! Unbelievable!!! If I could I would rate them –10!!! Called Sprint to complain and only got someone to document what I’ve been thru. No compensation or any resolution to the situation. This is why I’m posting this so others don’t have to go thru this!

Amateur hour… No idea how to use the computer to look up inventory. I asked for a simcard. Said they didn’t have any!!! Then called another store to ask around. Look it up on the computer and give me the location, but the advice was to check another store on a maybe.. Weak sauce

If i could give this store –0 stars i would. First off this isn’t an actual Sprint Store (go to aieas one). 2^nd of all the workers here all suck. 1 haole girl helped us and made like the phone i wanted was all out nationwide but if i pay for it now i’ll be the first one to get it. So she basically wanted my money because i went to sprint in aiea and they had the phone i wanted and the different colors. The fact that the girl lied is just disgusting. Also mililani Sprint is the same as this store so don’t go there either everyones useless! This store is just a company (Elite or Impact Wireless) using Sprints name.

If I could put a negative score I would. THEY ARE NOT A REAL SPRINT STORE!!! They are a third party and no other authorized ‘real’ store is able to help you with any Sprint issues. A real sprint store can’t accept or change out ANYTHING that you buy from these people. And be careful, they have no idea what there doing with your account. They are THE WORST!!!

Total waste of time. They have a huge sprint sign on the outside but it’s like going to a radio shack. Only wanted to pay my bill. There was no machine inside like the other locations to pay your bill. And the first thing the employee says is there a $ 3 charge just to take my payment. Won’t be coming back here again.

Although the employees were still new, they should have the sense of making their customers welcomed.
Upon my arrival to the store there were two NEW employees on the floor. Only two customers including me were present in the store and one was being assisted. As I enter the store I wasn’t greeted what so ever
Instead I was not acknowledge for at least 5mins while I was walking inside looking. An employee came up to me and FINALLY greeted me asking if I had any questions, I went on and told her i wanted an estimate for buyback. There she had agreed to help me and walked away back to the counters. As I followed her and approach the counter I wasn’t notice and it was like we hadn’t have the conversation when she first came up to me so I figured she was busy so I walked away. Soon after an ACTING MANAGER came to help me and ask for the phone I wanted to buyback
I gave and HE saw that I had a glass screen protector on which was slightly cracked and it was clearly obvious that it did not pierce through the phone. Yet the ACTING MANAGER «Nainoa, Kainoa?» Not sure what it was.
He asked if he could remove the screen protector which I clearly said «no». And yet he was trying to pry the damn screen protector off so I grabbed it off of his dirty hands and Said THANK YOU!!!
He was very rude and obnoxious. Bety poor customer service. Very bad!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. I came in to buy a cable for my new iPhone 6 Plus.

These people really pissed me off today, I tried getting my phone replaced and the guy was acting like he didn’t believe my claims about my phone and what it was doing. They said the only way they could service the phone is if they could replicate the problem, I think that’s BS, this is my work phone and I do not have time to come down to store and make fake claims!!! On top of that this is a refurbish phone already, I told them I have the Equipment replacement plan, but another guy said if we believe everyone by what they say then we would replace everyone’s phone, WTF!!! I have been on Sprint even before they were Sprint, when they were PrimeCo. I am so fricken pissed that I am even considering just getting off this stink-​en carrier and go to some place that has better service. The damn network sucks anyway!!!

Emily the Store Manager was awesome. So the service was extremely fast and pleasant. Place is nice and clean.
Plenty of parking.
There is a $ 2 charge for paying bill for Spring with Cash.

Pardon my venting, but I am in a really bad mood already and coming here just made it worst. Just left here to cancel my account because well, sprint sucks. I seriously hate going here but I had no choice. I walk in, everyone is in regular clothes and doesn’t give a rats a** about their job. I understand it’s Halloween, but a tshirt and basketball shorts? Seriously? And they were all staring as if we were some different species.
The sales rep, Raymond, was slouching the whole time and said «I honestly don’t know» to about 95% of my questions. So pretty much I came here for no reason.
When I get home, I will send a letter to everyone in corporate to show how bad this store makes this company look. This is seriously a joke of a store. I have never seen an established company with such unprofessional representatives in my life. If I could swear in this review, I would in every other word. Seriously this makes me hate sprint 30 times more.

Maybe sprint should take some notes from their competitors. Verizon is always professional and they take their job seriously.

Terrible. Just to keep it short, went in there a couple weeks ago to see if we could upgrade the gf’s phone. iPhone 5S was out of stock along with every other Sprint dealer on the island — no problem. But the guy that helped us was really rude, unprofessional, bad appearance, lazy ass attitude like he didn’t wanna be there. Never coming back to this place!

The kaneohe store directed me here to have them check out my husbands phone since it was a service store. I went as soon as it opened and both ladies at the counter were happy, singing songs and loving life. They were so helpful and attentive. I left the phone there to get checked out and upon returning an hour later BAM the line was 5 people long at 12. What? Crazy. The lady that helped me earlier remember me, knew I was just coming to pick something up and helped me so I didn’t have to wait in the line which was very nice of her.
She talked about several different phones and I took that knowledge back to the kaneohe store, which informed me that the pearl city store was wrong… there was no new version of my phone coming out in 2 weeks. Other than that this store was very nice and I was pleased with their service, not their knowledge.
