I do not recommend this place. My friends and I had a groupon for this place and had several issues using it. The first time we checked the online calendar and emailed to get reservations and they were closed for The Taste of Norcross. (This should have been noted on the website) After the holidays we finally get a chance to schedule another class and I email for reservations and got no response.
We show up to take the class and the teacher tells me they don’t have our reservation. I told her I emailed for reservations and she tells me they have been full for over a week (not according to the schedule on the website) and I remind her that I did email for reservations which she dismisses almost like I was lying.
She says that two people have cancelled so they could probably accommodate us. However she reminds me this is my fault for not getting a reservation. It was so rude and I was pissed because she refused to own the fact that they never emailed me back. I understand I should have emailed again before assuming I had a spot but I didn’t realize how small the studio was and that it would have been a huge issue.
If she had been nice or polite and apologized for the mistake we would have left and rescheduled the class. Since she was rude and gave me all of the blame which is not accurate nor good customer service and I felt uncomfortable to stay.
My other friend arrived after the teachers last remark and I told her how they didn’t have our reservation and that they were being rude and that I thought we should just leave. My friend agreed and I looked back at the teacher and told her we were going to just leave and the teacher said, «Sorry our seats aren’t good enough for you». Of course loud enough for the whole class to hear it was ridiculous. We just left rather than argue back but how awful to get treated this way. I didn’t want to stay and take a class by someone who treated me that way.
I will never use my groupon there and will never go back. I used to go to these kind of paint classes at other studios very frequently a few years back and have never had such poor customer service. I would recommend those locations in a heart beat but not this one for sure!

Wow– simply wonderful experience .went for anniversary ended up being juat us. The ladies were absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend to. Anyone as a great evening with friends or your other half–

I loved this canvas painting experience. I really impressed myself and I’ll definitely be back. Carla gave very thorough instructions but was laid back and encouraged us to go with the flow.

They are Super nice and friendly. There’s a Great art selection to purchase in the gallery! They have lots Fun art classes for kids and adults! Definitely having my daughters next birthday party there or hosting another moms night out (BYOB)!

Came here with a group of friends for a birthday event. We chose to paint pottery pieces. The setup was great. They weren’t stingy with paint or supplies. We could have finished in an hour but we all took our time to perfect our pieces. We ended up staying for 3 hours, chatted and took pics. They did not rush us at all, even though we stayed a half hour past closing.
This was a very relaxing way to get my mind off all stress. I will be back with family soon.

Visited this new and different shop last week. I was so pleased to see the many different forms of art available. Jewelry, pottery, painting, and on and on. They also give classes and I suggest anyone wanting to do any early holiday shopping take a peek inside. Welcome to Peachtree Corners.
