Jump Jump Premium Kids Indoor Playground

I just had my son’s 4 year birthday party here at Jump Jump and it was great! The party assistant Charles was wonderful — he took care of everything in the party room. They took over 100 pictures of my son, family and friends during the party and emailed them to me. I highly recommend this place for a birthday party.

Very disappointed in new management.
This was our go to place for parties. They made it so easy and fun. However, this will be our last party here. They are not the only jump jump place.
We had a party for my daughter here today. Our party was originally scheduled for ¹⁄₂₃ but the business rescheduled all parties that day due to weather. The next available time was a week later at 11. With the reschedule most of the kids could not come. Only 2 kids came. We had a total of 4 including my 2. I called the day before the party because I knew we were going to have low attendance. The new owner said that if only 3 kids came that she would give us a pizza for free. However, when I settled out since technically 4 kids were there she would not honor our agreement.
I know it’s just a $ 15 pizza but it is the principle.
Also, the bathrooms smelled like marijuana.
Th owner did call me in the evening after the party because I made it very clear that I was unhappy before I left.
Sylvia offered to allow us to receive a free pizza the next time we come. Let’s see if that actually happens.

I recently discovered this place around my area, i am so pleased with everything here. The staffs are always friendly, and they would greet you when you come in and when you leave. The place is always clean and the kids who come here seems more friendly than the one I see at the other place. The best thing I like about Jump Jump over other similar facilities is the open space layout, i can just sit in the middle and watch my child. I dont need to chase my kids behind the inflatables and slides and exhaust myself out just to allow my kids having fun.
The lighting here is always bright and the temperature is very comfortable, neither too hot or too cold. And now they partner with Papa John’s so i can order everything Papa John’s offered and they would charge me the same price. I would definitely recommend this places to the other parents who want to have a safe and relax places for their kids to have fun!

I have been here many times and the main reason I prefer jump jump than other indoor playgrounds is the design of its layout: parents can sit at the middle and watch kids running around in the facility!
The second thing is that it’s always clean and bright. The employee are also very friendly and helpful!

We enjoy coming here to play, but we did not have a good party experience. The main 2 issues I had with the party were first that at the end of the party, we were told we weren’t allowed to open presents. No where on the website is this stated, and we weren’t told this in advance. My 4 year old was very disappointed as were our guests. The other disappointment was when I recieved the photos a few days after the party. About half (20+) of the pics were too blurry to see. I was shocked that they would even send worthless blurry pictures. I feel like I really missed out on capturing the party by trusting them to take pictures. I expected more for my $ 300.

After just one visit, our nanny immediately lost one of the cards you buy that give you ten visits. Instead of giving us another card, the owner of Jump Jump told us they couldn’t do anything to help us. Pretty stingy if you ask me. We’ll be going to Catch Air from now on… which is cleaner and more interesting for kids anyway.

We have been coming here since my youngest was a baby. Nice open space, dedicated toddler area, kids love it. It doesn’t get a higher rating and others have posted as well– the temp is miserable inside — even when it’s not 95 degrees, it almost feels like the heat is on, and recently in the mister able summer, my sons were sweating before they played. They need to get a better ac or fix it, please !? We are indoors to escape the heat not the other way around

Kiddo had his first birthday party here and it exceeded expectations! Staff was so friendly and helpful I actually got to enjoy the party as they did all the set up. Worth the money to see my son and all his friends enjoy themselves.

We attended a 4 year old birthday party here a month or so ago. The kids had a great time. I was VERY impressed with the party attendant. I wish I’d learned her name so I could give her a shout out— she is African American with dreadlocks, if that helps. She was patient with the kids, friendly with all the parents and efficient in her processing. Part of the package our party Mom got included picture taking and I loved how the attendant got «in the mix» to be able to capture a lot of fun action pics of the kids. This place is not necessarily close to our house, but I’m sure we will return again. I say give it a try.

Been here with my kids several times and they like this place. Cant wait to bring them back again. They had so much fun and they all liked it.

My son adores this place! He is one years old and its only $ 5 for him to get in. Or you can purchase a stamp card for $ 30 and its unlimited until the card is stamped out. Totally worth it if you come here every weekend. This is a perfect location for 3 and under if you don’t want your child ran or knocked over by 5 and over kids. Perfectly safe and clean. I like this place better than catch air because I can actually go on stuff where my son goes, like the bouncy slide and other stuff. Does get a little stuffy and hot in there if you are chasing your son or kid around. I hope they fix it soon, was perfect in winter, but summer its miserable.
Make sure you bring socks!

I have been here many times with my young boys and it is a great place to let them burn off energy. It’s a great place to meet up with friends and let the kids play. We have hosted a birthday party here and have attended many parties here. The staff is so helpful with the party!
Having said all of this, the reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is that it is always hot in the building! The kids are dying after running around. Even if they turn the air down it never cools off! The party rooms feel twice as hot. Hopefully the owners can figure out a way to make it cooler inside and more enjoyable for everyone.

We’ve met up for several toddler play dates here and have always appreciated how much fun our 2 and 3 year old children have, the smaller toddler area for the younger siblings, how the parents are able to either participate on the equipment or hang out in the middle and be able to watch their children from one spot. I also *LOVE* how clean they keep it, bathrooms included. On the weekends, you’ll literally see the owner’s Mom with spray bottle and rag cleaning up as messes occur! My child just turned 3 this week, and the UNDER 3 $ 5 cost was AWESOME!
We just came home from my 3 year old’s birthday party at Jump Jump. It was a fabulous experience. The party coordinator did a wonderful job anticipating everything that was needed, setting up, taking photos, getting lunch set out for the children, playing fun music in our party room, taking a group photo, and even taking them all to wash their hands before lunch!
My only criticism, and the reason for 4 stars and not 5 stars, is the cost. Now that my son is 3, I’d totally understand if the cost bumped up to $ 7 or $ 7.50, but $ 9 seems too high since 90 minutes is about all he needs before he’s exhausted and it’s time to go. The party cost — on the one hand — was totally worth it as our party coordinator, Maria, was GREAT. The room was already decorated, and they had party music, and plates and juice boxes for each of the kids. On the other hand, I ended up spending quite a bit more than I originally planned based on the website quoted price because I ordered pizzas through them (Johnny’s is delicious and came exactly on time, but the larges were $ 15 each for a basic pizza!), and there is an additional cost of 18% gratuity that adds up quickly. They do allow some outside food, but you are required to purchase at least some items through them.
If it’s in your budget, don’t hesitate to book a birthday party! And we’ll visit regularly, just probably not quite as often now that my little guy is over 3 and it’s almost twice as much for him now. :-)

We have visited twice and both times the staff has been extremely pleasant. My daughter is 4 y/​o and has repeatedly requested to go again, after the initial visit. Other than Catch Air– this is the brightest and cleanest play place I’ve been to. Others seem to be dark without windows and dull. It is open so you can see your child (ren). I like that they play music. There is an area for people to eat the food that you bring in and a lounge area for adults. The only 2 things this place is missing is a coffee bar for us, sleep deprived parents, and maybe area for the slightly older kids (6 – 8 year olds). I have seen complaints about pricing but feel that it is right in line with MJ’s and Catch Air.

I went to a party and was quite impressed from start to finish. The people at the desk upon arriving were very helpful and friendly. What I enjoyed most about this place is the toddler area. My 10-​month old was able to enjoy himself just like the big kids. He was just starting to walk, so this was the perfect place. It was wide open with lots of soft mats and toys.
The party was handled very efficiently. They have it down to a science. Though I live quite far from there, I will definitely go back.

It was decent. My daughters (ages 3 & 7) enjoyed themselves. We were charged $ 18. They seem to be very clean. I was able to help my 3yr old up the bouncy slide, and might’ve enjoyed it more than she did. I will take them again.

Think of this place as Catch Air Lite. It doesn’t have quite as much to do nor does it have quite as much staff on hand that I could see, but it’s more convenient for anyone on my side of town that wants to avoid traffic and my kids loved it. As others have mentioned, $ 9 per kid over 3 is a bit steep, but I’m pretty sure that’s the same rate you pay at Catch Air and if you stay two hours, it’s not that bad. My kids would have happily stayed even longer. It’s big, well lit, and very open so watching your kids as they play isn’t a challenge and at least when we went late on a Sunday afternoon, it wasn’t that crowded.

Went in at 10:30 am on a Thursday so there were only a few kids. I was hoping for that since mine is only 17 months old and I didn’t want him getting overwhelmed. We had tons of fun and it was the perfect activity for a hot sweaty day. I did not notice a low spot in the floor that another reviewer mentioned so they must have taken care of that. I would happily give this 5* except that there are several exposed electrical outlets that do not have safety covers. If they add those in I will bump up my rating.
You can also bring in your own food and drinks.
I initially gave this place 3* but after trying out catch air I’m bumping it up one. I don’t know why but the kids here seem to play nicer with each other. Every time we have come here the older kids seem to enjoy playing with the young ones and showing them their fav toys and what they think is cool. Where at catch air they were bratty toy hogs.

We had our son’s 4^th birthday party there. It was GREAT!!! I had 2 assistants helping us. Everything was provided in the room and we were able to bring extra food to feed our guests. They took pictures during the party which was also an added bonus. They put all the pics on a jump drive for us. I love this place!!! Highly recommended.

The first time I came here I was so excited to have found a new jumpy place for my son. It was only $ 5 to get in (he was under three) and we would have a great time. However, I’ve been back three time since and each time has gotten worse than the time before.
They have this step in the middle of the place that’s covered by their flooring, but it’s very unstable and kids trip on it ALL THE TIME.
My son is three and it’s $ 9 to get him in. It’s a RIDICULOUS amount to pay and because of the cost, we won’t be back. It’s really loud, and there’s not a lot of different things to do (unlike Catch Air, where there’s a TON of things to do for your money).
I guess if you have a child under three, it’s worth it, but if they’re three or older, skip it and go to Catch Air instead.
