PROFESSIONAL and pleasant! That is April W — and that is what I received in Service when I saw her for the first time last week. My hair was short but not short enough for the heat and humidity of a Georgia summer! April used her magic to give it life but not the same old «bowl cut» look! She listened to what I needed and did her best to make it happen! Thanks April! Happy to recommend your talents to others!

She was able to fix a seriously tragic color job I received at another salon in town. She was forthright and helpful, and did a bit of a test before diving in. I was hugely impressed and will be going back!

This is the second time I’ve had my hair cut by April W. And I was lucky that she was able to fit me in on a Saturday when I called that morning! She listens very well to what I want done and takes the time to make sure I like it. As a licensed cosmetologist myself, I’m very picky about where and how I get my hair styled. I’ve been searching 5 – 6 years for someone who has talent and not just a license. I haven’t had any coloring done yet with April W. but after two hair cuts, my next appointment will be for color because she has passed my picky inspection. The Salon Serenity shop is clean and spacious. The décor incorporates natural brick walls, exposed ceilings and faux wood flooring for the trendy warehouse look. I feel very comfortable and relaxed in this atmosphere. The client chairs are not crammed together so that you can have privacy with your stylist and feel solitude when you have to sit under the dryer for those painful but sometimes pleasant moments when waiting for your color to lighten! I will definitely be back.

My first time using april at Salon Serenity was to ask for a pixie hair cut. That’s a huge leap of faith to let a stranger chop off all your hair! April’s been taking care of my hair, in all its lengths and colors for several years and I’ve been happy to let her create whatever she chooses.
