When I went the last time I loved it. My dog seemed happy and the people at were really sweet. This time the customer service was crap. I’m entrusting you with a pet I love very much I don’t really feel comfortable doing that if you have such a horrible attitude and the workers were shouting at one another while servicing me. Ridiculous !!

Horrible service and very rude people. The fat blond that works in there actually had the audacity to ask me if I had walked to petco from my house because my puppy looked «warm»…Lady this is Atlanta and its 100 degrees outside… of course we look «warm»…Complete idiot that has no idea how to talk to customers! I spent at least $ 500.00 and will not be back. Petco… please replace your staff with more respectful people!!!

Love this store! Didn’t realize they were here in PTC until we had an extremely bad experience with Petsmart. They have been so kind EVERYTIME we’ve been in. We are still new, but what a refreshing change from that other pet store.
