I am perplexed with the other reviews. I have been going here ever since the Big Ten days. In my humble opinion, they have a professional staff and engage in ethically precise and above board business practices. Just today I had an oil change, tire rotation and front brakes on my F150 and I could not be happier !!

They lied to my husband! My husband went there last Wednesday. He called and asked for two tires with white wall, they told him to come in. After confirming they are placing tires with white wall and waiting for 2 hours, they placed two tires with black wall. My husband was dissapointed, but had to leave to go to work. Now his front tires do not match his back tires. Please save your money and go somewhere else. Do not trust them!

This place used to be awesome. The manager was straightforward, honest, would automatically apply coupons. He would tell you flat out that you’d have something that would need to be replaced soon, but give you no hardsell that you had to do it then.
The pricing was always extremely affordable.
Since the manager left to open a new location (5 Stars to Thomas Crossroad’s Pep Boys) the entire concept of customer service has been destroyed.
My wife has taken her van for an oil change twice.
Once they tried to upsell her on a transmission flush, and did not top off any fluids, and took all day to do it… a basic oil change.
The second time they tried to upsell her on new brakes and rotors on all four wheels, and quoted $ 800+ Labor. And still did not top off any fluids… Oh yeah, and «it’s due for a 100K tune up that will be $ 276 too».

An awful experience! It took 3 days to get our car repaired, for what should have been an hour and a half of service. Each time I called for an update, the store was waiting on a part to be delivered… locally. Finally on the third day they decided to send someone to go pick up the part — and this was after numerous phone calls to the store.
The other issue I have with this location is the original quote I was given changed when I talked to someone else. I had to argue with THE STORE MANAGER on why my total cost had increased $ 150.
I would NOT recommend going here for repairs. Terrible customer service and no sense of urgency.
