My family and I have gone to this McDonalds twice now for breakfast and to let our child play on the «play place» playground. The second we walk in we are greeted and both times we had had a staff member come check on us while we were eating to ask if we needed anything else. This is probably the friendliest McDonalds I have ever been to.

A simple cup of hot coffee dumbfounded the cashier apparently. I had to repeat myself 5x. 1 large vanilla hot coffee. It’s not complicated however the cashier then proceeded to ask hot or cold? Regular or latte? Seriously? Asked for sugar and milk and he charged me an extra 2 dollars for vanilla? I know it’s early in the morning but really maybe I should buy you a cup to wake up.

If I could I’d make sure this place closed. The manager is rude, the employees are rude. I asked for a mcgriddle without bacon and with egg whites. 1) the cashier was rude 2) when I was waiting for the manager to help me, he appeared annoyed 3) I gave him the mcgriddle and told him the problem. He took the bacon off which I could’ve easily done. I didn’t want the bacon to even touch my food. This place is disgusting and I hope he gets replaced for being so bad at handling customers

Wow, I rarely eat McDonalds, but was starving and decided to get a salad and drink. I cant believe how good the Southwest salad was. The chicken was packed with flavor and I didn’t even need to add any dressing. The guy who helped me couldn’t have been nicer. I am looking forward to my next salad there…

Hate to jump on the bandwagon, but I just had the worst McBurger ever made. They put something into a box and sold to me that I would not have offered my dog. I tried to grab a burger while on errands. Three bites in I encountered a huge glob of catsup and a huge glob of mayo. Unbelievable. The sandwich was falling apart and staining my clothes. Either staff is disgruntled with management, or management is unskilled in hiring. Sorry McDonald’s, kale on the salad and apples can’t make up for your disrespect for your most basic menu items.
Unbelievable.
To their credit, the lady behind the counter was very nice.

This is the closest McDonalds to my house. I will not come here anymore. They are always under staffed here. They usually only have 2 people working. Due to being short staffed, this causes the employees to be short and rude. I watched as people drove off from the drive thru yesterday.

I go to this McDonald’s only cause it’s the closest to my house, if it wasn’t I wouldn’t come back, the service is not good plan to be in there about 10 minutes, if it’s only you a few minutes, the food isn’t always how it should, since the new owner took over from Mr. Austin the store has gone hill, Most McDonald’s are not known for good customer service but they should care about the service as well as everything else like cleanliness, quality of food, and speed

Eh… it’s Mickey D’s, what can I say? They are great for a quick hunger fix when you are in a hurry or don’t feel like going somewhere healthy or cooking. This particular location is notorious for running out of items or certain machines broke so they can’t make other items. Also I have attempted to do their drive through later at night and they have close 15 – 30 minutes early on several locations. If they weren’t the closest one I wouldn’t even bother with them again.
