They only have ONE high chair. ONE. So you better hope that you are the only one with a small child if you want to eat here, otherwise your infant is going to have to sit it in your lap and probably get lettuce in their hair, gross

I eat here a lot. Service seems to get worse each time. Kid at the register had no idea what he was doing. Lady in the sandwich making line was rude. In too big of a hurry to listen to what you order & then instead of giving you the dollar item they forgot to ring up they make you get back in line to swipe your card again. It’s not my fault you can’t listen & it isn’t like your food isn’t already over priced. Bad customer service when I ask for my item & multiple ppl ignore me multiple times because they don’t want to tell me the cashier didn’t ring it up & just hand me a cup.

They are much slower than many of the Jimmy Johns restaurants I have been to. Nothing freaky fast about the way they make a sandwich here. My sandwich had way to much mayo. Had to scrape a bunch off mayo just to eat my sandwich. Usually love Jimmy Johns but not this location. I’m sorry I wasted my Saturday food splurge here.

I would eat Jimmy John’s every day for every meal just because of the service here. Everytime I come in everyone is genuinely nice and makes it a great experience. Whenever I call they know my name, which I instantly appreciate, even if they know it from my phone number in their system. I’m writing this post because while I was eating at this location yesterday, a man walked in, ordered, and left literally within 2 minutes. I don’t even think it was 2 minutes! I was literally mind blown. I’ve gotten to know a few of the people from this location simply because of the unforgettable customer service I’ve gotten every time I’ve ordered from this location. I always get extra mayo and no tomatoes, David sometimes repeats it «extra tomatoes, no mayo?» Normally I would worry that my food would be wrong, but by the time he finishes asking me, he’s already done putting my extra mayo on and skipping the tomatoes. Amber has always been extremely sweet and helpful! Whenever I come in and she’s working I know I’m gonna get a big smile from her after I order my food. Jerry, from what I can tell, is the manager. Coming from a manager in the customer service industry, he does a great job managing his team AND working side by side with them. Whenever I can’t make it in to see these awesome people, I’ll always call for a delivery. Most of the time the same guy, brings my order and like the others, I’ve come to know from visiting JJs regularly. Hanson always gets my food to me fast and he’s always smiling, even the time I ordered in pouring down rain and he stepped in a huge puddle coming into my work! I know their motto might be «Freaky Fast» but I wouldn’t mind if they slowed down their service a little bit just so I could enjoy the super friendly atmosphere a little bit longer each time!

Great sandwich but the music was very loud and I could barely understand the guy at the register. The two things together actually made ordering quite difficult.

I live three miles away and have had delivers made multiple times and today they tell me corporate has changed their delivery zone. if you cant deliver more than 3 miles how can you call yourself a delivery restaurant? ridiculous! no more cold crusty sadwiches for me! ill stick with a quality hot and delivered sub from DOMINOS.

Went here for lunch with the Wife. She got the #5 — The Vito, and I got the #9 — Italian Night Club. Made them both a combo with Chips and Drinks. Bill was $ 20.00, which for me is a little steep for a couple of sandwiches, but not too out of line with other spots. Unfortunately, me and my wife both thought that the sandwiches were just about the same as what you would get at Subway, really. Some will disagree I am sure, but both sandwiches really just«Ok», nothing special at all. We both felt that the amount of fillings could have been a little more, except for the lettuce, which was piled on high. Have had better sandwiches right here in PTC. They do have a good selection of different sandwiches on the menu, and the ice in the soda machine is really good. If you want to go to lunch and carry on a conversation, you may have a problem here, the music is way too loud. We had to almost shout at each other across the table. We won’t be back to visit, but only becuase there are better out there.

I’m not sure if this location had some early problems, but I can tell you — they’ve worked them all out! I’m a very happy customer. Context: I eat here 1 – 2 times a week and sometimes use the delivery service as well direct to my office. Pros: Excellent quality food/menu choice Super fast delivery — even for a single sandwich Affordable Pricing Cons: None, except perhaps the reality that you can only eat here 1 – 2 times a week! I can’t say enough positive things about Jimmy John’s Peachtree City. If you have any doubts about the quality of food or the service, please take my advice and try it out!

Went to Jimmy John’s for a lunch sandwich. They have a good selection of sandwiches, with choice of multigrain bread, French sub roll, or Lettuce wrap. I went for Ham and cheese sandwich and iced tea. There was about 30 sec wait to order, and price was $ 6.55. Indoor seating consists of 3 booths, 2 round tables, and 7 counter chairs. They also have an outdoor table. Seats 27 people inside. They also deliver — 1 or more sandwiches they’ll deliver, not sure the delivery area. About 2 min. to get the sandwich, with no tray, no bag, and no napkin. My big disappointment was the sandwich was cold. Bread was fresh, lettuce and tomato were fresh, but I really thought the cheese would be melted and the ham should be hot. Not the case. The staff even wears Shirts: NO Soups, NO Salads, NO Hot Sandwiches. Maybe it’s just my preference, but a gourmet sandwich should be hot, or at least the option of toasting it. I thought Subway was the last to offer hot, mostly due to Schlotzky’s and Quizno’s winning market share, and there’s too much sandwich competition for Jimmy Johns not to offer hot/toasted option. Anyway, I could see 5 stars for a fresh, hot tasty sandwich, and the tea was great. Cold, though, is 3 stars.

Went to this new JJ location a month or so ago — very unorganized and many wrong orders. It appeared that they had just opened and were learning under fire. What a difference a month makes! All orders were right, very fast service and very professional. We will be back. Only Con… limited seating.
