I stopped coming to this location about 6 months ago after they never got an order right. Last night my husband went to the drive thru after work because it was late, and out if the 5 items he ordered, 3 of them were wrong. They managed to get the drink and a soft taco correct. What is really aggravating is you can’t check to see if an item has sour cream before you pull away — and the ticket indicated it should not have it. The service here is slow, and they never, ever get it right. Don’t bother.

Slow service, orders forgotten. Enough said.

Gotta love the dollar menu. The frito burrito will tug at your heart strings. Also make sure you try the new starburst freeze.

One of the better Taco Bells in Massachusetts. The food tastes fresh and has not made me sick like so many other Taco Bells in this state.

As we shopped at the Northshore Mall we were feeling a bit hungry, so we decided to stop in at the food court. As my partner shopped for some Chinese food, I decided to keep it real and head over to Taco Bell. The food here was typical of any Taco Bell location, but the service here was great. The employees here were really polite, quick and precise. The food was made well and it wasn’t sloppy like some other locations. In the end I stuffed my face and enjoyed getting my quick lunch from this food court kiosk.

Food was pretty good. My order was complicated and I was sure they got it wrong but they didn’t so yeaaaah.

Eating Taco Bell is a lot like smoking; it will shave years off of your life, and after you do it everyone will be offended by your smell. But, like with smoking, it’s still hard to stop. I managed to quit smoking a couple of years ago, but I doubt I’ll ever be able to stop eating Taco Bell. As far as Taco Bells go, this one is pretty good. The refried beans are always fresh, which isn’t always the case at other locations, and they’re fast. The downside to this locale is that I always get accosted by the Chic-Fil-A sample person during my walk across the food court. But that’s a price I’m willing to pay.

I tried my first chalupa here. Darn it was good. Good as in «I have nothing to compare it to» good. I can’t wait for the opening in the Burlington Mall. It’s taking quite a bit of time!
