The quality of work by each technician varies dramatically. There is one girl whose work is always spot on — Lena — and she’s the only one I’d recommend. I’ve been burned by eyebrow wax and returned hoping it wouldn’t happen again only to have my brows waxed too thin. During my visits — about 7 — the technicians would talk in their native language. I told the owner that it makes me uncomfortable, but it continued. The last visit during a manicure, pedicure and eyebrow wax, technicians were switched midstream for some reason, so, instead of having to tip two of them (1 for the mani/​pedi the other for the wax) I had to extend a third tip to the owner who painted my nails. She tried to give it back to me, at which point I told her to give it to the girl who did my mani/​pedi, but she opted to put it in her pocket. Don’t waste your time here. In spite of a hit or miss success, this is not a salon where you can relax and enjoy the spa services.
