It’s a Starbucks. Certainly better than some boiling dishwater at Dunk’s but expect to wait awhile because after all, it’d in a mall. I say just wait till you can go to the other one down the street.

This store is CRAZY busy! I started going here when the other store in 114 closed for renovations. The experience was pretty fast considering how insane the line is. I felt really bad they only had 4 people working to handle a massive line. The employees all remained focused and did the best they could dealing with some really impatient customers. They need some more staff!!! I would go back to this location. They seem to have their operations together and want to make their customers happy.

Cute space but SUPER tiny. I understand it’s in the mall, but one seat or two would be a lovely addition :)

I personally really like it here. Every time I’ve gone here, the staff has been very nice and also very helpful. The only thing I’d say I don’t like about it is that when it’s busy, there isn’t really a lot of room to wait while your order is being made. But there isn’t much that can be done about that considering it’s in the mall.

Either staffed by people who prefer Dunk’s flavorless coffee, or just carelessness, my mocha didn’t even taste as good as coffee mixed with Swiss Miss. And for four bucks, it better. Worse, you forgot the whipped cream! Come on, corporate coffee seller!
