Mr. Lysan has been a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Massachusetts since 1995 and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

He is a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.

PAUL L.

Business Owner

Paul Lysan has worked in the accounting and financial services field for more than thirty years. Prior to starting a public accounting practice 15 years ago, he worked was Vice President with ucker Anthony Incorporated, a full-​service brokerage firm in Boston, MA. His professional experience includes the following: investment analyst for a financial planning subsidiary of The Travelers; investment analyst for Aetna Realty Investors; financial and operations principal for Newcomb & Company, Inc; bank examiner for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation; and principal of Atlantic Securities and Capital Management, Inc.

He earned an MBA degree from the Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania and a BA from Cornell University. Paul also completed post graduate studies in advanced accounting at Bentley University.
