Established in 1990.

Our business was established in 1990 by Michael Kostopoulos and his father Paul Kostopoulos with (1) limousine running out of their home office. We now own over 14 vehicles and work with thousands of customers each year.

For example, our telephones are answered by live operators — no answering services — in order to promptly and professionally answer your questions or book your reservation. Our chauffeurs are always dressed appropriately — black suit and black tie. If the event is formal, we will arrive dressed in a full tuxedo to add an air of distinction to your special occasion. Knowing how to set the proper mood for an evening out, wedding, or special occasion is a high priority with us.

My fiancé and I needed transportation to our wedding ceremony and from the initial request we had absolutely awesome customer service. The driver arrived 15 minutes early and was very nice. We had a little delay with the ceremony getting started, and he let us hang out on the van for a little extra time while we waited because it was cold outside. I would absolutely recommend this company to any of my friends and family.

Terrible. Michael’s Limousine is absolutely terrible. My friends and I just experienced a Michael’s Limousine debacle a few weeks ago for a bachelor party. Our limo van had a door that was held closed with a bungee cord. No AC. No Radio. No interior lights. Used champagne glasses (half-​filled w/​alcohol). A driver from Haiti who spoke broken English and spent most of the night on his cell phone. And to cap it all off, the party bus broke down on Rt 114 … past midnight … in the rain. $ 1200. And today, I read a story about about a Micheal’s Limousine van that broke down with a bunch of young girls on route to a Taylor Swift Concert at Gilliette. So it would appear that MIchael’s didn’t fix the problem. Wow. Just, wow.

As much as I would like to give a good review to this vendor, I simply cannot. We had a terrible experience on our wedding day from the very start. We had a large limo coach for transportation on our big day for our 20 person wedding party. It arrived as scheduled and from the VERY beginning there was no AC in the vehicle. It was a 88 degree day and the limo driver never contacted the home base to let them know or even try to get a new limo coach out to us ASAP. When the boys got picked up they asked to turn up the air and he said it was already on and at its max, it was blowing steaming hot air. Once the girls got picked up we asked the same exact thing not knowing the boys already addressed it and he told us he didn’t know what was wrong with the AC on the bus. We went into the church and came out, the driver had the door WIDE open with his windows open and said there was nothing he could do about the air. We were in the church for 1 hour he could have very well taken care of the situation while we were inside. 20 of us came out to a steaming hot limo coach with no windows to even open. The guys were sweating through their suits and the girls who were wearing barely anything were slipping all over the seats from being so hot. I was told we could make a playlist and hook it up with the AUX cord in the back to play for the ride… what do you know, the AUX cord was completely shredded and broken. The driver again told us he had no idea why it didn’t work when it clearly was broken and had been for a long time. I would not recommend this company to anyone & even after speaking to management about the situation he did nothing for us after we spent all that $$ for a SAUNA practically… he made me feel even worse about my choice to use them for my big day. Waste of $$ there are plenty more companies of this type in the area and I suggest going with them instead

Used Michael’s Limo for our wedding. The driver was great so was the woman that i dealt with to book it, Renee. Only thing i was upset about was that the driver did not have the Hawthorne Hotel call us to tell us he was sitting outside. Other than that it was perfect!

We used Michael’s Limo for our wedding to pick up the groom’s party. However, they never showed up, so my fiancé had to rent a car to get to the church on time for our wedding. The limos showed up for the reception after and gave rides during the time we were supposed to take pictures. To compensate, they gave us a free limo ride coupon, however, it is only good for weekdays. I don’t know when we would use a limo in Boston on a weekday…

Used Michael’s Limo service (got the party bus) for an event in March 2014 and had fantastic service. In fact, I chose Michael’s over other companies just based on the way my call was answered and the way I was spoken to over the phone.
The service itself did not fail to meet my expectations. The driver was highly courteous and very cooperative. Our event was a huge success and everyone commented on how excellent the limo service was.
Strong recommendation! I rarely write reviews but this one was worth noting.

From the first phone call, it was very clear that Michael’s Limousine was not only the most reasonably priced transportation service company I had researched for my future sister-in-law’s bachelorette party and wedding, but they were the most articulate, friendly and well-​organized company I had spoken with. They took the time to get to know me, why I needed a limo, what kind of limo would work for the event I was planning and relate their experience from past events to me to help me coordinate my own.
They cared about making sure I was getting the best experience for my budget — even if that meant sacrificing some cash on their end. I could tell that each person they worked with was someone they wanted to build a long-​term relationship with.
«Mike Jr.» as I call him was my contact with the company and the owner’s son. It was great to coordinate this event with someone who was clearly raised with a sense of how to speak to people kindly and respectfully and also with common sense and knowledge of the business and industry. Never once did I feel that I had to have my «guard on» as all aspects of the evening were planned and made clear by both parties before the event even started. I could truly relax and enjoy the night.
John, our driver was on-​time, well-​informed of the evening’s plans, knowledgeable of the venues which we were visiting & directions to/​from and looked very sharp.
The limo was absolutely fresh and spotless.
John took the time to show us how to work all of the controls within the car and then let us have our evening.
John’s driving skills were safe, smooth and we felt very comfortable and safe in his care.
We have reserved this company’s services for the wedding in one week and we are requesting John as our driver. It will be like seeing an old friend!
I highly recommend Michael’s Limousine & Sedan Service to provide ANY sort of transportation services for your event or even next run to the airport. As someone in the business world who deals with logistics, customer service and a high-​end clientele, I can honestly say that these people have nailed it!

We used Michael’s for transportation home from our vacation. Our flight was delayed about 4 hours and I was concerned if our Limo Bus would be there and it was. Since it was only transportation home from the airport I didn’t care too much about how the vechile looked just that they were there. The bus could have used some TLC, so i’m not sure if I would rent it for an evening out, but for what I need it was perfect.
I delt a few times with the owner Michael both via email and phone. He was polite, could have been a bit more professional, but all in all it was a good experience.
I would recommend Michaels for airport transportation.

Planning a Bachelorette party from across the country (Seattle to Boston) I called several different Limo companies. Michaels was the best! An actual person answered the phone. They called me back when they said they would. Were very easy to communicate with, AND had the best prices by far! I was looking forward to riding in their limo on party day. However, the Bride has decided she wants to go in a totally different direction. So, we have no need for a limo anymore. Michael was understanding and friendly. So, even tho I never got to use them, I still enjoyed working with them and recommend them to anyone!

I recently needed to use Michael’s Limousine Service for transportation home from the airport. My flight was rescheduled so my family member who was originally going to pick me up couldn’t because my arrival at Logan airport was going to late. I called Michael’s Limousine service and asked them to pick me up. Shortly after booking the appointment with Michael’s Limousine my flight was delayed again. I called Michael’s and there was not a problem with the change of my arrival. When I landed, I was completely surprised when the driver checked in with me via my cell phone when I arrived at Logan Airport while I was collecting my luggage. After I got my luggage I walked out of the exit to the street level pick up area and there was a beautiful vehicle waiting for me and the driver pleasantly greeted me and carefully took my suitcase and placed it in the trunk. After a long, long day of traveling with my flights being changed I was so grateful to have my suitcase carefully whisked from my hand. I had a very pleasant and safe ride home and again I was grateful to be transported home and not having to drive myself home. While sitting in the back of the pristine clean town car, I even pretended that I was a wealthy mogul and I fancied that being chauffeured was a normal everyday occurrence. I think that was the funnest part me. Thank You Michael’s Limousine!
