Welcome to Larson’s Service, a well respected independent automotive service shop located in Peabody Mass. We’ve helped hundreds of people maintain safer, more reliable vehicles. Our shop specializes in preventive care and maintenance programs for both Asian and Domestic car lines. We have gained the trust of our customers by providing honest, expert automotive repair services. If we discover a problem with your vehicle, our staff will take the time to explain the problem and repair procedures. We’ll help guide your decision process by answering any questions or concerns

Established in 1986.

Our family owned business takes quality and customer service seriously. Larson’s Service has always followed a strict Code of Ethics so customers will know up front what to expect. We perform high-​quality diagnostic and repair services at a fair price, using quality parts. We are dedicated to customer satisfaction & maintain the highest standards of the automotive service profession. Standards that were put forth by founder John Larson back in 1986.

Larson’s Service of Peabody offers Quality Automotive Service of all American and Asian Vehicles. Larson’s is a top rated Massachusetts service and repair facility. We also offer our clients an excellent maintenance program in which we perform scheduled head-​to-​toe check over inspections on each vehicle twice a year. Just call us for an appointment.

Diane L.

Business Owner

Diane is Owner/​Manager of Larson’s Service, Inc. a 4 bay, 4 employee automotive shop, located in Peabody, Massachusetts.

Diane has been in the automotive business full time since 1990, when she started working in the office of the shop she and her husband opened in 1986. She then moved into the bays for a while and finally settled back in the Service Advisor/​Management role that fits her well. Diane really enjoys working with her clients, employees and offering quality automotive service

Having been one of the first to take the ASE Service Consultant exam, she is currently a C1 Service Consultant and AAM — Accredited Automotive Manager. She also serves on the Uni-​Select CEC Council and is active in community groups including Friends of Peabody Lakes.

Diane feels the best way to run her shop is like a doctors/​dentist office, specializing in maintenance, offering clients a head-​to-​toe check over twice a year and a Dealership Alternative for maintenance and repairs.
