Specialties

«Our contemporary facility with state-of-the-art equipment best meets the eye care needs of our patients with cataract, diabetes, macular degeneration, glaucoma, eye plastic surgery, pediatric eye care and refractive needs,» Dr. Stoler said. «We are fortunate to have such a central location that offers convenient appointments to North Shore Boston patients.»

«We really enjoy getting to know our patients well. Because of the relationships we develop, it is extremely gratifying when I can help to improve their vision» states Dr. Orenberg.

History

Established in 1976.

Dr. Stoler opened the Microsurgical Eye Consultants practice in July of 1976 in Salem, MA. In 1985 Dr. Orenberg came on board to the practice and in 2000, Dr. Sorkin followed suit. The team of doctors moved to 31 Centennial Drive in September of 2001 where our practice now lives. The practice expanded its walls in the year 2008 and has added more exam rooms, doctors, and space for our patients to feel comfortable and welcome. In the beginning of 2010, Dr. Rodman joined the MEC team of doctors and added his cornea and lasik talents to the practice. We are a fast growing, active, welcoming, and committed eye care practice that is constantly looking to give our patients the highest quality eye care possible!
