Daves Above Ground Pools

I would recommend Dave’s Above Ground Pools — we were replacing our filter (not a big job) but they were at my house within a day or so of us calling to inquire. They showed up Sunday morning, Father’s Day, about 5 guys, replaced the filter in no time. Best Father’s Day Present my husband could ask for (’cause he thought he could do it, LOL) They were courteous, worked very fast and offered information about replacing other parts. Dave postponed initial install date by 10 days then shows up 3 hours late, 30 minutes before sunset and complains to us how his guys are tired and want to go to bed. He decides to pull apart all the pool parts laying them all over our lawn then decides to pack it up to come back 3 days later. Calls later that night and states he’s not going to make it and if we still wanted him to install the pool it would be at least a few weeks. All while treating /​talking to my wife like a 3^rd world citizen. He spoke so rudely to my wife my neighbor actually confronted me about it.

Dave installed an above ground pool for us. He did a FANTASTIC job! I would highly recommend. He was punctual, knowledgeable, energetic and has a great crew. A++++ service! !!!

Fabulous! Dave managed to fit us in over a holiday weekend to get us up and running, We were first time customers and will definitely use him again as well as recommend him. He kept us updated as to his arrival time and was very knowledgable! Thanks Dave!

Dave fixed a huge wall and Liner problem for me. He was very fair in his work. Always returns his calls and literally does work 7 days a week, as he came to my home on a Sunday. I’ll be using him each year! Thanks, Dave

Do NOT use Dave’s Above Ground Pools in Peabody, MA. I contracted Dave to install an above ground pool at my home. It was late June and they were predicting intermittent showers all week. Dave called me the evening before to confirm and even made mention that they were predicting possible showers. The following morning, Dave called me at 6:30AM to tell me that he didn’t have a good feeling about the rain. He told me that if it rained and his crew had to stop working, the price would go up to pay for him to come back to finish. Needless to say, we didn’t get a drop of rain that day. When I told him that on the phone that I would just find somebody else to do the work, he yelled at me, told me that everybody on the Namco list is junk (which he is NOT on) and then hung up on me. I bought a used pool ladder from someone a week later off of Craigslist and the woman told me that she used Dave and he rescheduled on her 3x times in the middle of the summer prior to coming out. I ended up using Pools USA in Revere. They were actually the cheapest quote that I received and they did a nice job.
