Charland Appliance Center

My washing machine has now been broken for five weeks. Long story short the first time it was «fixed» with a new part that didn’t work and when I called to say it’s still not fixed and now only does the washer not fill, but it doesn’t spin or drain… Missed appointments, no follow up calls as promised and missed time off from work and lost money. I already found someone cheaper and reliable!

My rating is only about the royal «B» that answers the phones when you call Charland. From the get go, when she answers the phone, she yells, HELLO, she never announces that you have called Charland Appliances. She is condescending, rude, unprofessional. If you are able to get past that, you will learn she knows nothing. She can not tell you a price, she can not tell you when someone else will be in to quote a price, all she is programmed to say is «Mike is not here and I DONT KNOW WHEN HE WILL BE HERE». Four days trying to purchase an appliance and speaking to this BITCH, I decided to purchase elsewhere. Perhaps if I spoke to someone else my rating would have been better, but you can not get past this women, who brings no value, and to top it off, she is the sister of the owner, which I believe her name is Faith or Fay. At one point, I did speak to a Dan, who was very professional, but please stay away from her.

My washing machine broke yesterday. I thought for sure, this is going to be an expensive repair. I was wrong, it was a minor little fix, cost under $ 90.
I recommend Charland Appliance. They show up on time, and they are fair.
