C & D Replacement Window was established in 1976 by Bruce McLeod. After a number of years working in the industry, Bruce decided to create his own company and bring to it a ‘mission’ he found missing in other companies. From ‘day one’ this ‘people oriented’ individual’s focus has been on ‘customer service’ with an emphasis on giving his customers ‘what’s best for them and not what brings in the most revenue to his company’. It is this professionalism and fairness that has sustained the company for over 30 years while during that same time period many of high sales volume puts him in a position of choice with all the major window and door manufacturers. Regardless of his sales load, Bruce is the person who meets with the customer, learns about their needs and budget, and then provides a professional quote.
