Big Picture Framing

Thank you for your excellent customer service. I had two family photos framed at my last minute. The frames are beautiful! Will come back again in the near future.

One of my framed picture fell off of the wall, breaking the glass. When I took this ½ broken item to the store, the ladies were super nice about it (I initially left it in my car b/​c it can be dangerous bringing a broken glass item to the store but the ladies were perfectly ok about bringing into the store). And, they replaced the glass within 24hours. Their price was much lower than I expected. I’m really happy with their service and will definitely go back to them in future.

Great store and very helpful staff! Helped me find the right color/​style frame for my poster. Staff gave great advice, explained the processes on how it would be done. This made it easy for me to make a selection.
I dont really frame alot of my posters but doing this for the first time i wasnt really sure how much it would cost. I thought the price was kind of high but when i saw the finnished product it was well worth it!
Looking at my poster now, i want to either buy more so i can get them framed or just take more of my posters there because of how well this one turned out!
Highly reccommend going here and getting something you really want to preserve or have shown off in your living space. These guys are great!

I love this store. I brought in some memorabilia I wanted framed and the staff was not only helpful but enthusiastic. They spent close to an hour working with me to find just the right mix of colors and layouts.
When I picked up the artwork, the staff remembered me and proudly showed me their work. It was perfect! They even wrapped it in plastic since it was raining out.

We bought an odd sized canvas print online and struggled to find a place to frame it on the cheap. We tried the small place in Salem and they quoted us about $ 350. Plus they suggested we cover it in glass, which didn’t sound right to me.
Then we went into Big Picture Framing and the completely took care of us. Jon was the salesperson and he was great. He didn’t make us feel bad about using a competitor’s coupon. He even reminded us that we would get their regular 30% off custom framing, even though we were also using the coupon. Jon explained that he would not suggest using glass to cover it because it was canvas — so we would loose the ‘old’ quality of the print and also that condensation could get between the glass and print and that always looks bad.
We ended up paying $ 150 for them to stretch and frame the canvas. Oh, and John picked out a great frame for us. At first I thought I wanted something small and plain, but he pulled out a much wider frame then I would have considered. He explained to us how he would stretch it and make sure not to cover up the sides of the print with the frame.
We picked it up today and it looks amazing. It came all wrapped in plastic to protect it on the ride home. They include the wire and hangers already attached to the back. They also gave us coupon for our next visit. And, the framing comes with a lifetime guarantee — it we are dissatisfied for any reason they will make it right… forever.
They were awesome and I will certainly come back.

I ordered some custom mats from the store, as well as some standard frames. The mats came out fine, although I was surprised that it takes a week to cut them. They have a ton of mat colors to choose from and are very helpful when designing your project. I’d definitely go here again.

I had a mini-​crisis this weekend when trying to get something framed as a Christmas present, as no one could get it done in time. While driving around trying to find a place willing to do it on short notice, I happened upon Big Picture and it turned out to be AWESOME. The woman working there was so incredibly nice and helpful and she said she could actually have my project framed by the following day! I couldn’t believe it. I needed to get ten things cut into a giant mat, and they were of varying sizes, and yet they were able to do it for under $ 100 (I brought my own frame, but they put it into said frame for me).
I picked it up the other day and I am really happy with the result. They did a fantastic job, and in such short time. Amazing. I will definitely go to them for my framing needs in the future.
