BeFit Health and Wellness Solutions is a small group personal training program that utilizes unconventional training methods that allow our clients to achieve undeniable results and reach peak performance. We offer outdoor small group training, private personal training, corporate wellness and nutrition programs. We offer the highest quality of training in the North Shore area.
Workouts are constantly varied and unique, ensuring that you ALWAYS make progress and never get bored. We utilize a variety of training methods and techniques including: bodyweight training, plyometrics, kettlebells, ropes, free weights, tires, sprinting, sandbags, Olympic lifts and so much more. We believe that constantly varied, functional training is for EVERYONE, regardless of your current fitness level, training background or age.
History
Established in 2006.
BeFit Health and Wellness Solutions was originally located in Hadley, Ma. After 4 years and helping hundreds of Pioneer Valley residents achieve their health and fitness goals, BeFit has relocated to the North Shore.
BeFit has played an active role in the community and hosted charity events including: Powerlifting for Breast Cancer awareness, «BeFit Gone Bad» workout for St. Judes, and community wide seminars benefiting the American Heart Association. Coach Holly Leonard expert advice and programs have been featured on CBS and numerous local publications including: Health Care News, PRIME Magazine, Daily Hampshire Gazette, Business West and others.

Even though Holly was actively involved in sports her unhealthy eating habits finally caught up to her. After gaining weight, Holly made the decision to get fit and change her lifestyle. By combining proper nutrition and training, she lost 25 lbs in three months! She continued her passion for health and fitness and earned a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science and Psychology at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Both degrees afforded her the opportunity to open BeFit. In doing so she has been able to help coach clients to make better lifestyle choices, achieve great results and set effective goals. Holly’s number one goal as a coach is to enable her clients to perform at their very best. She is dedicated to help people from all walks of life develop a sense of self-confidence and achieve life-changing results through fitness and nutrition.
