Have been doing bussiness for 3 years now with these guys. For the past year now Alex has grown his company and hired more employees thus bringing him to raise all prices being charged, WITHOUT notice. So after years of buying website, shirts and sweaters, business cards, lawn signs, and invoices, our company put in a second order for more company shirts where FIRST OFF, card was charged without any consultation on total cost and invoice was ONLY sent after payment and invoice were sent. Shirt colors made, were all messed up and half the order was supposed to be a completely different color. Contacted Alex to come up with solution and even though it was a misunderstanding or fault on their end, Alex told me there was nothing he could do about it (after spending thousands of dollars and years of business brought to him). After some harsh words and being hung up on the phone by THE OWNER (bad bussiness with customers), i later went to check on my website, and a few things were changed back to previous info without our consent (in exchange for the harsh words over the phone). End of story, bad business man, changes prices and charges you without notice or warning, and extremely unproffesional. Would not recommend for ANY services. Two thumbs down

I am the media director of a large church in Lynnfield, MA. We used another company for our printing needs for years. One of my friends told me about ALX and I decided to give them a try. Aside from the fact that it’s local and very convenient for us, the prices and quality of work has greatly impressed me. But best of all is their customer service. The experience over the phone and in-​store were both professional and welcoming. They were quick and easy. I’m never using another print company again.

Last year I opened a small service business and I went online to look for business cards, postcards and some other marketing materials. I was immediately prompted to big companies such as Vista Print. I did order some products from them but I was not 100% happy. While running some errands in Peabody square, I came across ALX office; since I saw his own signs and items displayed at his store, I knew I had found the local professional that I was looking for! I like the idea of deal face to face with people and to see what I am buying. I sat with Alex the owner and told him what I was looking for; he came up with a very nice design right at the spot. Also, ask him for some posters and he came up with very nice ideas. I have been using Alx marketing office for all my business and special event’s needs. He has not disappointed me so far! Alex is very creative and fast. His prices are very reasonable .
I really recommend him for printing material and designs.
